The food was explicitly amazing. My server was fast and extremely kindly towards everyone. I believe her name was Mary. Mary was efficient and was a quick worker. She made me and my family feel very welcomed and we will for sure be going back. 10/10 service from Mary!

We came in around 10:30 PM and had a pretty unsettling experience. As we were being seated, the woman working grabbed a coffee carafe off the table and accidentally dropped the lid on the floor. My spouse ordered coffee, and I watched her pick that same lid up off the ground, fill the carafe, and get ready to put the dirty lid right back on.
I asked if she could use a clean one, and she got defensive, saying she had “rinsed the lid.” But rinsing something that just hit the restaurant floor is not the same as cleaning it. After that, she was clearly irritated with me. When she brought the coffee, my partner and I both said thank you — and she turned her back to me, looked only at my partner, and said in an exaggerated tone, “YOU are very welcome,” making it obvious she was intentionally ignoring me. At that point, we just got up and left.
Looking around, it was also clear that none of the coffee carafes looked clean. They all had old coffee residue on them, like they hadn’t been properly washed in a long time.
Asking for basic cleanliness shouldn’t result in attitude — and it’s hard to trust a place that cuts corners on food safety. Definitely won’t be going back.

I put 3 stars because we had a good experience overall at the location but when we left, after paying and going on with our lives, an extra $20 was added to our payment for a tip that should have never been added. An employee named Sasha W (don’t know her last name) added this tip on her own which upset me. Be careful at this location

Haven’t been to iHop in years last time was back in Texas and was a great experience, moved to Colorado and will never be returning. Food was horrible didn’t have half the things I’ve gotten before, server Belen seemed to have an attitude and just overall bad service. I don’t know if it’s just Colorado, or if iHop really has just declined since my last visit.

The place was not busy but it took forever to get our food. When the food came over it was barely warm and the pancakes were not fully cooked. The server forgot items that we ordered and had to be reminded a couple of times. Will try my luck with Denny’s next time

We were given a small refill carafe for 3 people drinking coffee. When asked for a refill the waitress pointed to the carafe. We tried to explain that it was empty, but she didn't seem to care. For a 150.00 breakfast I expected a little better service.
