I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning experience I had at your restaurant. While I generally enjoy dining at your establishment, my recent visit was disappointing due to the behavior and management of one of your managers named Yolanda. During my visit, I witnessed the manager loudly scolding an employee in front of customers, which I found extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Additionally, there was a clear communication barrier, as the manager was unable to effectively communicate in English with guests at our table. This resulted in confusion about our order and made the overall dining experience frustrating. Beyond the language barrier, the managerās attitude and lack of professionalism reflected poorly on the restaurantās standards. As a customer, I expect courteous and respectful service ā not a stressful atmosphere for both staff and guests.

I came here for breakfast and had a great experience! Everyone was super nice, and the food was spot on fresh, hot, and delicious. My server, Belem, was amazing and super friendly. There was a guy being really rude and it seemed like he was trying to get free food from her, but she handled it so professionally and stayed kind the whole time. I canāt believe some people will do anything to get what they want from hardworking people. Big shoutout to Belem for keeping a great attitude!
It was a great experience at Ihop on a Monday to have brunch, I really wanted to try out the February chocolate pancakes. Update:10/2025 Still an awesome place to come eat! This time we had David as our server on a Monday evening. He was very attentive, courteous & loved his smile. My husband & I had a quiet time eating & enjoying our meal. Everything from the crepes to the burgers were delicious. Not to mention how David prepared the hot chocolate to perfection! āļø The view is lovely from any seating really & love how much natural light this restaurant has to offer. Will come back again!
