I put 3 stars because we had a good experience overall at the location but when we left, after paying and going on with our lives, an extra $20 was added to our payment for a tip that should have never been added. An employee named Sasha W (don’t know her last name) added this tip on her own which upset me. Be careful at this location

Haven’t been to iHop in years last time was back in Texas and was a great experience, moved to Colorado and will never be returning. Food was horrible didn’t have half the things I’ve gotten before, server Belen seemed to have an attitude and just overall bad service. I don’t know if it’s just Colorado, or if iHop really has just declined since my last visit.

The place was not busy but it took forever to get our food. When the food came over it was barely warm and the pancakes were not fully cooked. The server forgot items that we ordered and had to be reminded a couple of times. Will try my luck with Denny’s next time

We were given a small refill carafe for 3 people drinking coffee. When asked for a refill the waitress pointed to the carafe. We tried to explain that it was empty, but she didn't seem to care. For a 150.00 breakfast I expected a little better service.
The omelet was great!! The bacon was perfect; not limp, not too crispy. 😋

We had joined coffee with a cop today also! But we were at the E Dartmouth Ave location. Weird it would be on the same day a two locations?! Maybe the other review had the location wrong on the review. But, he was right! It was great to visit and get a chance to talk!

Me and my son stopped in on coffee with a cop morning. Great community program. The place was really clean and quiet. Food was made fresh and came out looking like the pictures in the menu. Staff gave my son and I free pancakes while we waited. THANKS A BUNCH they were fresh hot and great. Been a while since I've had ihop. I'm not disappointed by anything today. Highly recommend
