The place was packed. My Aunt and I were seated quickly. We waited a long time before the waitress even acknowledged us. Once the order was in. Everything else was fine. Never had a bad meal from IHOP.

My teenage daughter and her boyfriend were out to eat on a date at this location yesterday afternoon. She said everything was great until they paid for their meals. She paid the hostess with a $100 bill. When the hostess brought her change back, she counted it out in front of her as expected. However, she took it upon herself to take a $5 bill from my daughter’s change right in front of her without permission or asking and tucked it away in her change pouch and walked off as if she didn’t just steal my daughters money in front of her. Literally shook at the level of disrespect and entitlement from just the last 5mins of her meal. Never will I refer anyone to this kind of terrible customer service! A tip is earned, not expected and certainly not ok to steal it especially from kids! My daughter is naturally a tipper and fully intended on tipping her and even discussed the percentage amount with her boyfriend as they were waiting for change. She ought to be ashamed of herself and I hope her karma is returned swiftly!
