Ordered 2 chicken strip meals from DoorDash. For medical reasons couldn’t leave hotel room so we ordered. We traveled all day to go to Anshutz Medical. The worst chicken strips I’ve ever had. They were dry and old and looked like they were deep fried a second time. Oil was old! Do better Jack in the Box! I work in a kitchen and that food should have never gone out to a customer. It’s called “standards”

I would give this place a zero if I could! I received horrible, disgusting, old food that had been left on a heat warmer for what seemed like hours. It was not fresh. I could hardly eat it. I paid almost $30.00 for food I couldn't eat! I got this food after work at 11:56 at night on 1/2/26. How can you treat your customers like this and not even care about the food you are giving them? Unprofessional and sick

Everything was swimming in grease. So much so when we carried the Bag of food in everything fell out of the saturated bottom. Most of the food went into the trash because it was too greasy to eat
I ordered their new GRANDE TACOS just to find out they are served cold/frozen it was discussing to say the least, DONT know when i will be back if EVER. No wonder they are closing these places down.

I understand its fast food and you cant expect much but this place was disgusting. Floors were sticky every table was dirty all the ketchup packets were covered in some sort of sticky stuff.

Excellent service store 8128 10 stars! If you want real jack come here lunch time 12:29p we ate here and everything was like it was supposed to be! Thank you! I've been dissatisfied lately but your team is the MVP team of Jack! Thank you Liz and Jesus were great thank you

My wife, daughter, and I decided we would go to our local Jack in the box for a quick meal. The food on the menu looked really good. What we actually received and what was on the menu two different things. The owner should be sued for false advertising. I ordered the ultimate cheeseburger, what a laugh. Two burger patties one slice of cheese on each. And one pickle slice. We were for approximately 30 minutes. In that time there was only one other customer. I can see why now. I guess it's really hard for this location to get repeat customers with this kind of food. I won't go there again. One suggestion if you do decide to go here. Bring a fly swatter. We had to keep shewing the flies away while we were trying to eat.

Tacos are made to order, they fry there corn crispy taco shells. The “ freshness of the tomatoes, lettuce & onions are done in store! The only thing that I would recommend is shredded cheese. On my next order of hard shell tacos I will have grilled chicken instead of the ground beef Great service
