I pulled up to the drive-thru, I was the only one there and it took the guy between 5-10 minutes to start taking my order (not exaggerating.) The burger are not a good as I remember, it was OK at best and over-priced.

I went to this location 11/7/25 for lunch and when we walked in we weren't greeted. I get it it's lunchtime but say something. We ended up using the kiosk and as I'm placing my order I notice that the lady taking order at the counter is sick. She was coughing and coughing. A few times she tried to cough into her arm but she was wearing short sleeves so the sputum was just released into the air, at a fast food restaurant, no mask no gloves just sputum in the air. She was handling food, bagging food with no mask. There were definitely times where she didn't cover her mouth and I was utterly disgusted. I wanted to ask for my money back but I didn't want to cause a scene. If you are sick you should stay home but if for whatever reason you are having to go to work sick you need to be wearing a mask especially dealing with people's food. Love those tacos but I will not be returning there ever!

Excellent service by the employee, Indira. I messed up and ordered through the app to the Parker location where I usually go. Indira was kind enough to call over to Parker and have the order redirected back to Aurora. The breakfest at Jack in the Box is aboved average when compared to other fast food restaurants. I love the loaded breakfast combo, and of course I cannot resist ordering additional hash browns because they are scrumptious.

At 4 am, the ultimate cheeseburger was the best fast food Ive had in a long time. Their sauces were probably one of the best parts. A little too expensive for what it is is but so is all fast food rn.

I came to this location personally and it's fine but when you order off of Uber eats or doordash they'll stuff your tacos full of lettuce with a smear of cheese and meat and that really pissed me off.

24 hrs burger place with breakfast items available all day. The Jr cheeseburger was okay but nothing special since I had ordered an ultimate cheeseburger. At least I was only charged for what was delivered.
Service was fast and friendly, but they got my order wrong. The place is pretty basic but okay. The floor was sticky around the drinks machine.
