First of all it shouldn’t take you more than 10 min in an fast food joint everytime i am taking a quick nap if i am there after midnight! They suck 99% i have gone back to store after getting my food ! I am done i am not going there anymore! Thats it jack in the box if there’s a manager reading this please focus on hour work and get you night shift guyyz cleared and sober at work i trust they all influenced hard on work !! Well i dont care not coming back ever even if thats only store in aurora!!!

Went here for breakfast, which was simple and easy. Got a good meal for a decent price. The gentleman working the drive-through had me park and was very swift with bringing out my order. Will definitely recommend this Jack In the Box to anybody with the morning munchies!

$10 for a salad that’s not even half full an order of onion rings that’s not a full order. What the hell is happening to this place? their burger meat tastes like it’s old and the portions are skimpy. Not cool Jack in the box get it together.

They had me wait an hour after the pick up time and still didn't have the food. TF is this place
It wasn't until after we paid and got the receipt that we noticed multiple items were entered incorrectly for our order. The order wasn't on the screen, or repeated back to me before paying. Thankfully we were okay with the changes, but disappointed about the drive thru listening skills!

Food here is good but Last time I ordered here they didn’t put any of my modifications n extras on my order. I tried again tonight and called the store to make sure I got my order correctly but I just got consistently hung up on. Completely unelectable as a customer service industry.
