I have been coming to Denver for the last year for treatment at UCH. After trying a few hotels closer to the hospital, I found my home at The Double Tree. 90% of the reason is the service and delicious food at Jackdaw. Val always recognizes me, and is an amazing bartender. She is observant and easy to talk too.

Chef Duane Webb made my salmon the best I've ever had my entire life! He Even came out from the kitchen to answer the couple of questions that we had and perfectly prepared our steak and salmon exactly how we wanted. This level of service has never happened in my life. I’m typically wary of hotel restaurants, and this visit has only reinforced that skepticism. My overall experience was moderately disappointing.

Dinner started on a positive note for me—the specialty cocktail I ordered was smoky and well-balanced. Unfortunately, my partner’s dirty martini didn’t receive the same care, coming off as poorly made.
