My husband and I stopped by this Jamba Juice and thought we ordered a Mango-a-Go-Go. Turns out it was a Mold a go go🫠 After just a couple sips, we noticed mold inside the straw. This was extremely concerning and completely ruined the experience. Not only is this unsanitary, but it also makes me question how carefully items are being handled and stored here.

Stooped for quick drinks being its early no one in the store should be a quick like normal transaction before an appointment being we had time. Took 10 minutes for 2 smoothies. I went in seeing what was taking do long usually a quick transaction when being the only ppl then seen worker on phone no since of urgency. Didnt start the smoothies right away went to the back this Seemed off so I felt compelled to make this. I have the receipt we got the order in at 10:48 and finished at 10:58...

This is the 2nd time Ive been here in 2 weeks where either the air conditioning isnt working or the owners are being cheap and keeping it hot on purpose. I'm 9 months pregnant, im not kidding when I say I almost passed out waiting for my drink. The employees at the counter are always very lovely, I would say making them work in these conditions is a hostile.

Service aint great. The person behind the counter wasnt good at taking orders. If youre buying from this place then youll just prolly get a smoothie rather than an acai bowl bcos when we did that the fruits were not fresh, it looked like it was fermented in its own juice. I highly do not recommend when ownership and quality isnt great, this place needs to do better to keep up with peoples standards

This is multiple weeks we've been is and they appeared to have no working air conditioning or choose to keep it VERY warm (poor employees).
Went in today and the first smell that hit and was strong was bad orange juice - enough I was pretty grossed out and left without making a purchase.🤮
Employees are always nice.

The food here was amazing. I loved the smoothies, especially the razzmatazz. The service here was great, straight forward and very kind register workers. Getting to watch them make my smoothie made my day!! It had some subtle music in the speakers and the environment was very quiet. I high recommend take yourself or your family here.

Poor service. This was our first time here since they have added a self service kiosk. We did not realize it was there. We were not acknowledged at all. Eventually after several minutes we noticed the kiosk and ordered. The person behind the counter did not even deign to let us know that they had a kiosk. Instead they let us stand behind the counter just staring and waiting for them.

I used to get a large with whey protien and the employees used to be trained to give you the extra of the drink now that doesnt happen. The amount of staff is 1 everytime im in now. And I just got ignored when the employee had no drinks to make, and when another customer came in as I was setting up the app she helped him immediately. She never set the pos for self service and expected customers to use it

The service is ALWAYS horrible. I stopped coming. There is always only one person working and they are usually rude, do the minimum and dont care.

ITS NOT WORTH IT! Ownership does not care. They haven't even bothered to reply to any of the reviews.

Im guessing the women in the red Friday morning 4/25 @ 11 is the lead and she has the worst customer service I asked for a carrot juice shot and she said we only do them in small not shots so I got a small and the poor girl she was training looked so uncomfortable she was busting her butt trying to make drinks and the lead just kept looking at her like she was inept and giving her attitude. With all the negative reviews you’d expect ownership to do something not just watch from afar. Very very disappointing.

Shame on ownership this place and management was mostly on ownership. I come here pretty much on a daily basis before work and there is always one person slammed with orders. It’s just a shame that ownership is just OK with letting one person take on the blunt responsibility of one entire store with the volume in the orders that are coming in even just with 23 people in line one person it’s a lot so today’s my last day coming here I will no longer come here because I don’t support the exploitation of minimum wage workers by greedy owners. I’ll be taking my business right next-door to the tea shop

Very poor service. I forgot her name. But I asked her if there was any Mango in the drinks. Because I am very allergic to them. And she told me that she is not positive for making it right. And at that point I was like yeah no I'm not taking any chances. But then I found this green drink and made sure they don't have mango in it. She said yes their is no mango in the drinks. As I already paid 12$ for my drink. She tells me that she can't make any promises about the mango. I was pissed. So then I was like why would you tell me that after I just paid. She was just stumbled with her words trying to make up excuses for her own. Mistake. I then asked her to cancel it and she said she can't do that because she is not the manager. Like I walked out and was like unbelievable customer service. And I just walked out and told her to have a good night. But was not happy at all

1 worker on a Saturday makes no sense nothing against Jamba Juice, but 45 minutes of waiting for a smoothie is not it. Didn’t wait any longer than was told no refund unless I go online. We did not get our order.
