Im guessing the women in the red Friday morning 4/25 @ 11 is the lead and she has the worst customer service I asked for a carrot juice shot and she said we only do them in small not shots so I got a small and the poor girl she was training looked so uncomfortable she was busting her butt trying to make drinks and the lead just kept looking at her like she was inept and giving her attitude. With all the negative reviews you’d expect ownership to do something not just watch from afar. Very very disappointing.
Shame on ownership this place and management was mostly on ownership. I come here pretty much on a daily basis before work and there is always one person slammed with orders. It’s just a shame that ownership is just OK with letting one person take on the blunt responsibility of one entire store with the volume in the orders that are coming in even just with 23 people in line one person it’s a lot so today’s my last day coming here I will no longer come here because I don’t support the exploitation of minimum wage workers by greedy owners. I’ll be taking my business right next-door to the tea shop

Very poor service. I forgot her name. But I asked her if there was any Mango in the drinks. Because I am very allergic to them. And she told me that she is not positive for making it right. And at that point I was like yeah no I'm not taking any chances. But then I found this green drink and made sure they don't have mango in it. She said yes their is no mango in the drinks. As I already paid 12$ for my drink. She tells me that she can't make any promises about the mango. I was pissed. So then I was like why would you tell me that after I just paid. She was just stumbled with her words trying to make up excuses for her own. Mistake. I then asked her to cancel it and she said she can't do that because she is not the manager. Like I walked out and was like unbelievable customer service. And I just walked out and told her to have a good night. But was not happy at all

1 worker on a Saturday makes no sense nothing against Jamba Juice, but 45 minutes of waiting for a smoothie is not it. Didn’t wait any longer than was told no refund unless I go online. We did not get our order.

So three of us went in yesterday, there was a young girl with dark hair who didn't smile or really greet us. Also they were out of orange juice which seems to be something a juice company would have in stock very disappointed all around.

8/15/2024, the employee who made my bowls filled them up halfway. It sucks that they ask you to tip before they even make your food. I complained and advised him that the bowls looked pretty light, the employee proceeded to ask me who normally makes my bowls.. what!? I don't generally ask for names of employees, so I didn't know. The Jamba worker then told me that he could make me more of the base... He makes the base, but then gives me all of the bowls with no bag to carry them. My bowls were made with incorrect measurements, I was offered no bag to carry out my items. The employee then told me that I could carry the bowls with no bag. I advised the employee that I would like to speak with a manager. The employee stated that I could make a complaint on the website. Save yourself the trouble of the bad service at this location.
The one located @ 6202 S. Parker Rd has much better service.

This location is so inconsistent with the quality. Rarely have a good smoothie, consistency is always off in the smoothies- too watery or too icy. When I arrived yesterday there was one person working who temporarily closed the store with multiple customers inside due to the fact that her coworker never showed up. 2 smoothies took 30 minutes and they tasted awful once we received them. Clearly there is no management in this location as they cannot retain any staff and the current staff doesn't seem to understand what ingredients go in the smoothies.

Most employees are great but prices keep going up and quality down. Always slow even for a single drink as it always seems the employees are just left to figure things out. With Ring cameras everywhere seems very hands off by management.
