This is the second and last time I will come to this location. I came months ago and my drink was not properly made but I couldn't turn back to get them to fix it because I was headed out of town. This time I was greated by someone that said just a minute abut after 20 min of waiting up front they still hadn't returned.Not sure what's up with this location.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever seen! Can’t remember the last time I felt so invisible. The girl running the register had no interest in taking an order or even acknowledging customers walked in the store. Waited a good 8-10 minutes before our order was taken… with nobody else in the store and no smoothies being made. I would encourage management to step in correct these issues or I suspect this location won’t be around long.

I’ve been to multiple smoothie places and Jamba has never been the best at blending but this time it really just felt and tasted like a chopped fruit salad. I don’t know if they changed their blenders or if the employee who made it cut the blending time short but I probably won’t be back here because it happens too

Asked if they could sub an alternative for regular milk and was told yes. Ordered oat milk. Definitely did not get oat milk. Currently writing this in extreme distress. God have mercy on this porcelain.

The higher-ups running this place underpay the staff, who are consistently overworked and under-appreciated. Don't go to this Jamba. Don't support the franchisee, he doesn't care about this store at all.All the 1-star reviews you can see from scrolling down on here are justified and deserved.

Worst customer service ever the manager is so rude and rasist and was looking me up and down but not my white friend. They also will hire anyone I saw a girl that litterly looked 12. The manager is the rudest person ever she messed up my drink and would not remake it even tho it was her fault and I was not even asking for anything more than a remake. Worst customer service ever and they have a rasist manger don't shop here they also never have sertaint ingredients ever it's like they just pick what they want to make and don't want to make. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT VALUE COSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL
