I placed an order for two açai bowls and paid online at 8pm. I received a confirmation email and receipt that I needed to arrive at 8:20pm to pick it up. Mind they close at 9pm. Upon my arrival at the store at 8:20pm, first, an employee said I was at the wrong location which I wasn’t. Then, he said it never got through to his system. A second later, he asked me to show him the proof which I did. He was neither able to locate my order, nor guide me how I can get my refund nor remake the bowls. He said he didn’t have the right berries to make the bowls. Then he said they were closing. It was a bizarre interaction. :(

That's a bummer because they do have delicious bowls and smoothies. Best in town in my humble opinion.

unwelcoming i walked in and the man who is customer service just looked at me like i was lost finally another woman employee had to come out the back to greet the customer i ended up leaving the vibe they didn't want people there was it and i had to go !

The employees are always polite and provide good service Savannah2 enlightened us on the great offers and discounts they provide. My only negative complaint would be the lack of central air conditioning the owners need to fix this issue as it makes for a harsh work environment for the employees and it’s cruel when Colorado can get up to 100 degrees in the summer. Besides that the service is good great respectful customer service.

This company had some of the worst management I have ever seen. They treat their employees like slaves and leave usually one employee in the store and then get upset when things aren’t done correctly. They have and have had some of the best employees but lose them because their proud is bigger. I will never ever go to this Jamba Juice ever again.

Samantha was amazing. I had called ahead of time to see if there was any possibility she could make a VERY specific smoothie for my Grandpa who’s fighting leukemia post surgery (who doesn’t want to eat anything at all) and after brainstorming, she thought of a way to make it.
Upon arrival, Samantha had a line of customers and she completed their orders in a timely manner, all by herself with NO HELP and with a broken finger she paid little attention to. She remembered our phone call right away and helped make the process as easy as possible. This girl deserves the best raise or bonus possible. The atmosphere was comfortable because of her. Take care of her Jamba!

I don’t know what was going on last night but my grandma could have ran a marathon faster compared to how slow the guy was going last night. I literally saw him staring into the bowls he was making like he was reading the future. I waited in line for 20 minutes just to order. After 20 minutes of watching him stand there and watch the smoothie slurp out of the blender into the cups I realized I didn’t have an hour to stand there and watch him and needed to get to work. I don’t know if he was mad for having to work late and close and I get it but like do your job.

Additionally, I wasn’t the only one to leave. Three other potential customers did as well.
