I walked in unsure what to expect. First time eating here so I got the Alfredo pasta and once I paid I was told there is FREE soft serve ice cream in the lobby while I wait ..... What!!? I'm cooked! The pasta was spectacular, the bread all of it. What an ingenious way to make your restaurant stand out. I won't soon forever! Bravo! 😃

There was a glitch with our ticket and after waiting for our food and then going to the kitchen area to ask about it, together we realized the ticket didn’t print and the folks started working on rectifying it immediately, which was appreciated. Then the manager came to our table and went above and beyond to let us know what happened, to apologize and even comped our meal which was completely unexpected. Then she came back to ensure our food was okay (it was excellent). Honestly just blown away at the service and we always love our visit to jason deli and I cannot state how much we appreciated the staff for correcting the accidental (no fault of any human) mistake and went above and beyond for us. Would absolutely come back.
