They treated me like trash. I was waiting for my online order they skipped me not once but twice for 2 door dash drivers even though my order was ready! No apology or nothing. I am complaining to corporate. Never going back

We are new to Jason's Deli in about the last 8 weeks. Since discovering, it has become a family favorite. We have even explored the menu and reached out of our comfort zone. It never disappoints! Excellent food from fresh ingredients! Thanks for the great menu and excellent quality.

I was really excited to try this place because back at home in Texas. The salad bar was always my favorite. I hadn’t been in about six years A +1 to enjoy some lunch thinking that I had a great experience like I used to. I ordered the Santa Fe sandwich along with the chipotle, chicken and avocado Panini And what I thought was a unlimited salad , was only a one time stop ( Which was not discussed or sign anywhere explaining the regulations) But what really got to me was that the staff Were trashing the guest, but in Spanish. I was sitting maybe 15 feet away and could hear specifically one lady just talk trash about people being cheap and taking advantage of the Salad bar. I’m not wanting to mix my sweet components with savory salty, especially in a salad so when I went up to ask for a plate manager, Mike explained to me it was a one time trip deal but politely gave me a second and said it’s OK. And as I continued to debate what I wanted, I could just hear the lady and some of the employees laugh and start talking mess on how I was trying to scam the salad bar. This completely threw off my appetite. I confronted the gentleman, Micheal , who is the store manager and told him I did not appreciate the conversation and how abrupt and they were not aware of those who speak the language and are ignorant to their environment. I spent over $40 and was there for probably no more than 15 minutes. I was embarrassed and shocked on how the manager handled the situation. The lady by the name of Concha Most ignorant and rude of them all and Mike just seem timid and lots of words with remorse. Unfortunate the guest service here was what completely threw off my experience and overall just poor customer service.

Went here on St.Patricks Day and it was not so great. The food was fair but the smoke inside was unbearable, they finally opened the door but then we had to walk thru it.I had asked about it when ordering and was told some must have fallen behind the stove. Well the intensity of it increased more and was disgusting. Will not return as they didn't seem to care about there customers who were trying to eat.
Let me just say... Jordan at the Aurora store deserves 6 stars for service. He has always remembered our order and is extremely polite and professional. He's here literally every time we come, which is at least once a week. Thanks for always being awesome Jordan!

Omg I just wrote a 3 paragraph review on this and now am writing again bc it didn’t save when I went to take photos of the monstrous salad I just made at this place.If you are you looking for a quality salad with the biggest bang for your buck quantity look no more. From boulder to Colorado Springs AND EVERYWHERE in between this is hands down the best place.I called ahead on Sunday night to make sure they didn’t break down the salad bar as I was going to be arriving at 8:45, the close at 9. And they kept it open, in addition I called the restaurant again after I left at 9:10 to get the managers name for this very review I’m leaving now and LIZ the manager working picked up immediately to inform me of her name.This self serve salad is of epic proportion. I’m going to take some more photos as I eat it bc right now it just has a lot of the unhealthy carb toppings I shouldn’t be eating but what the hell. Quality ingredients and will be my 195 lb selfs dinner light breakfast and lunch tomorrow. Can’t forget the side of pasta salad you get as well. With a tip came in under $15!!!!!

I loved my salad, what little of it there was. I ordered the lighter chicken club but it was only about a cup and a half of lettuce and very minimal toppings. For $10, I was disappointed.
