Im not the type to leave bad reviews but Little girl with the black tooth didn’t even greet us and when I asked for the number I wanted she said “THERES NO RANCH” I work in fast food service as well and there’s definitely a nicer way to go about it. RUDE for no reason and my boyfriend said she was being rude to others ordering infront of us if I had known I would’ve left that instant. She didn’t even let me finish telling her my order when she said “CAN I GET A NAME FOR THE ORDER” thanks to that I won’t be coming again. Get new employees or teach your employees how to treat customers.

Just visited this Jersey Mike’s again for lunch and I got to say this is the best Jersey Mike’s I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot of them. They are extremely clean and friendly here. Five stars to the employees for being super cool every time I come in!

On, October 4, 2024, I purchased a sandwich, chips, and a cookie from Jersey Mike's at 2456 S. Parker Road, Aurora, CO. When I walked out of the store, I was witness to a very elderly man being treated extremely poorly by a local taxi driver. After confronting the taxi driver, he left the man without a way to get home. The elderly man was confused and alone so I stayed to help him try to find a ride home. After some time, and with the help of an employee of the bank where the gentleman has conducted some business, I was able to contact some help for the man and was able to leave him. During our time together I asked if he was hungry and he replied yes. I gave him my sandwich before leaving him at the bank to be picked up by a family member. I went back into the Jersey Mike's to get myself another sandwich. The two young men behind the counter remembered me and asked if everything was ok with my first sandwich. I told them my other sandwich looked so good that I decided to give it to someone who needed it more than me. I shared the story of the elderly gentleman with them and they replaced my sandwich for free! They were both so kind and friendly during my visit. I wanted to mention them by name, but they both requested that I just list the manager on duty, Sarah. I want to thank both of the young men and manager, Sarah, for restoring my faith in humanity just a bit on that day!

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's subs. I ordered 2 regular #16 and two drinks.
We were greeted as we walked in and placed our orders, paid, got a receipt, didn't look at it, but took it with me.
We sat down. We received our orders, to my disappointment it looked nothing like all those reviews posted here. It was the tiniest layer of meat that I have ever seen in my entire life. Barely half centimeter. Basically just bread with the tiniest amount of meat.
Then I look at my receipt. They sneaked in a 3rd sandwich #26. Just like that. I go back to the register, guy from across the room looks at me, I ask him I have a question about my receipt, from the across the room he says "whats up". Eventually he walks to me and issues me a receipt with a refund (it hasn't shown yet on my card, so i hope it worked) and he says sorry.
Definitely will not go back. This is my personal experience, i wish it was better and the food was better and the extra charge wasn't there in the first place.

The #1 BLT here is truly wonderful! I ordered it with extra bacon and the pile she created almost needed supports on the side to keep from overflowing the edges of the bread! Add a little tomato and lettuce to the top and you have the perfect sandwich.
Dietary restrictions: Udi’s has done a great job creating a sandwich bread that doesn’t detract from the important part, the bacon. The team here also did a great job, changing gloves, using trays, and cleaning surfaces. I haven’t ever had a gluten reaction when I eat here.
