This location is really going down hill. Painfully slow service, swapping from making food to cashiering while keeping the same gloves on. Inconsistent slicing/spread of the meat, inconsistent portions on toppings etc. When it’s good, it’s great, but more often than not this location is not worth the hassle or money recently.

The food wasn’t as bad as the customer service. One of the ladies working there seemed tired or didn’t want to be there. She moved very slowly and kept messing up people's sandwiches. They had to be remade, and then she would roll her eyes. I ordered the Portobello sandwich. The mushrooms were not sautéed. They were still cold. There was barely anything on the sandwich, mostly full of stringy, nasty onions that tasted terrible. I don’t think I will be back.

Love Jersey Mike's worst experience today ordering. Cashier you could hardly understand talked very soft. Soda was all carbonated water and no flavor vanilla cream soda from machine. Need to find new location 😕

I love Jersey Mike’s. Today I had the regular size Club Sub. Great, tasty sandwich. I added on pickles and banana peppers for free. If you’ve never been here you need to try it!

The men at this location outside of the younger shorter guy are absolute dickheads lol. You can tell they don't want you to come in and have the attitude of a small child. If you don't want to work there then quit don't take it out on your customers. The management and franchise owners should be ashamed of the behavior that's allowed in this establishment. Not to mention I've ordered the parmesan bread and out of my last 20 orders I've maybe gotten it 1-2 times. I'm fed up with this place I won't be back to many other good options in the area.

Wonderful Jersey Mike’s location! Getting Friday lunches here has become a tradition for our family. Calvin and the team take great care of customers that order at the line or online. The location is always clean with friendly service. They accommodate allergies and preferences well and make high-quality sandwiches. I used to be a regular Jimmy John’s customer but have noticed my preference shift to Jersey Mike’s almost exclusively in the past year or so.

Sarah, Calvin and the rest of the crew were so helpful today! while I was running late for my lunch break, I gave them a call and they were able to hold off on my order until I got there. I greatly appreciate them and the team that waited for me to get there to make it!
I know this cannot be the Jerseys Mike's Standard, beyond sad. Pictures will show. This location is not consistent with sandwiches, no matter what sandwiches you order. Do Better!

This location is great. We’ve recently started to come here more often due to how great the staff are. Jersey Mike’s are pretty consistent from a food perspective but the staff can make or break an experience. Penny has taken our order the last two times and has such a great attitude. The world would be a better place if more people had her attitude at work.
