I went in to get a sandwich for lunch after ordering my sandwich. I then noticed a package of meat in their case that had said. Use by date. February 16th of 2024. Made me kinda second-guess. My sandwich when the gentleman was pepairing my sandwich, he went to put vinegar on it. I said no I did not want that. He kind of rolled his eyeballs at me. And I told him it was OK.He then set my sandwich down for the girl to wrap up and then walk to the back room.Shaking his head.Bad customer service unacceptable customer service.Makes you wanna second guess choosing this jersey mike's for lunch.

After not being able to eat deli meat for 9 months while I was pregnant, Jersey mikes was the only thing I wanted once I had my baby. I've had probably 15 or so #7 sandwiches since I gave birth and every single time they do not disappoint. Glad this is my neighborhood JM!

Love the food, but will be weary of going back to this location. When I walked in one of the employees was eating. Even though there were two behind the counter, he immediately jumped up and put gloves on - omitting washing his hands - to help. Appreciate the dedication to the job, wish the health code was better kept.

If I could give a negative review I would: more than once I've ordered from this location AND SPECIFIED A FOOD ALLERGEN TO BE LEFT OFF MY SANDWICH AND IT'S BEEN THERE. "Bridgette" (not her real name) the staff member I spoke to said: oops, sorry but, we are really busy right now. . .HOWEVER: food allergies are potentially deadly to people like me. This is ridiculous. I called corporate...I'll call them DAILY until I get a proper resolution.

Service today was horrible. Ordered online and showed up at the time expected and still no sandwiches made. Instead the team behind the counter was flirting with the new girl and never acknowledged me or the other people walking in. Then watched 10 minutes later my sandwiches being made which were made not specific to the order and had to be remade. Apparently they do not see online order specifics. Felt bad for the other people waiting in line as the two guys including the manager were laughing and flirting with the girl while one guy was busting his butt cooking the hot sandwiches. Ridiculous.
