Thank you for not only making our sandwiches perfect but doing so while making my partner and I feel welcomed in your store. 10/10 on subs taste, quality of ingredients, and perfect ratio of oils and vinegar to sandwich. I haven’t had a jersey mikes sandwich this good in while! Phenomenal job Heather!

Usually have a good experience here but ordered a pickup for the new pastrami sandwich. Got home to find the bacon inside raw and pure fat, in-edible. Pretty disappointed. I did edit because I usually get good sandwiches here and might have been a one off.

I purchased a salad from Jersey Mikes (Southlands) and asked for more meat. When the cashier advised me the amount/total for my order, I questioned it. I stated that I usually get this salad and the cost is more than usual. The cashier proceeded to tell me that there is a difference when asking for more meat and extra meat. Wait, what? Being very condescending, I was embarrassed. I paid and I left. The next morning, after submitting a complaint, I was notified by someone who didn’t even have the courtesy to identify themselves. The anonymous person advised that since I paid in cash, I needed to come by and pick up $2.25. I advised that I live a distance away and $2.25 for the treatment and embarrassment was absurd - I told them to keep the $2.25. Apparently that is what they wanted to hear as they never replied back.

Had a school card they wouldn't accept. They need to have a sign posted if they do not participate. Very poor service. Also, don't tell a customer the card is counterfeit ?

I absolutely love visiting Jersey Mike's for their delicious subs and friendly staff. Today when I came in for lunch, a kind young man with curly hair held the door open for me as I left the store. I usually take a cane with me wherever I go, So when he saw me have my cane in one hand and my sandwich in the other, he immediately came and held the door for me. The service is always top-notch and the food never disappoints. I highly recommend stopping by this location for a tasty meal and a warm atmosphere.

Jersey Mike's has always been a go-to spot for me when I'm in the mood for a delicious sandwich, and this time was no exception. I ordered the turkey and provolone with extra turkey and added bacon, and while the sandwich was amazing, there was a key detail that was missed.

As you can see from the picture, there wasn't extra meat like I had requested. It's always frustrating when you pay extra for something and you don't get what you ordered, but I have to say that this is the first time I've had a problem at this particular Jersey Mike's.

Despite the mishap, I've been to this location several times, and they usually are on point with their orders. This experience won't stop me from going back, but I'll definitely pay better attention and I will check my order before I leave next time.

Despite this issue, Jersey Mike's still delivers some of the best sandwiches in the fast-casual, franchise space. I'm a huge fan of their fresh bread, quality meats, and delicious toppings. If you're looking for a great sandwich spot, definitely give Jersey Mike's a shot. I love it!
