Jersey mikes is my to go spot and this location did not disappoint! Keith was very attentive and gave me an excellent service.The rest of the staff was also very polite would recommend 100%

We got take out sandwiches on 5/25. We found some hairs in the sandwiches so sent in a complaint online. Heather reached out today, after sending her all the inf she asked for she pretty much called us liars. I would advise not to go to this location.

I really enjoy Jersey Mike's and this is my go-to location. However, I only give them 3 stars because they continue to permit unknown people to deliver my food! The last several deliveries were by someone other than the DoorDash registered person.

Yes, I have reported the DoorDash account, but I place an equal amount of responsibility on Jersey Mike's. They should not let someone other than the registered Dasher pick up anyone’s food.

Both times we ordered for pick-up online. Both times we waited 30 minutes past the pick-up time while we watched people walk-in, order, and leave with their food. What is the point of pre-ordering if we can't get out food when it's due!?! Unacceptable and inconvenient. Today (4/30/25) I went in and ordered...in and out in 5 minutes. I'm super annoyed because I love your new chicken salad, but the service at this location sucks big time. I'm a RN and work long hours and would love to order my food before I leave and have it READY

These people are obviously confused here. Guy didn't put bacon on my club also didn't cut it in half. He even asked me what sub it was while looking at it to ring me up. How do you not know what product you're serving?

I had some sandwiches last week that didn’t quite meet the usual high standard I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mike’s, but the exceptional management at this location truly turned things around—especially Heather. She reached out right away, handled everything with professionalism and kindness, and made sure I felt valued as a customer. Her friendly attitude and dedication to great service are the reason why I’ll keep coming back!

Great subs every time

Had to wait 10 min with no one else in the store before they started my sandwiches.
They made on line orders before they would start mine

Came in for a 43 the guy taking my order was super friendly ( Jeremiah ), quick service , and the store was clean will be back again !!!!!

The employees here, make this location a great spot to relax and feel appreciated! So many great attitudes and smiles! I love coming in!

i used to work here so i’m highly disappointed. i ordered my regular sandwich and i had it delivered. whoever made it put so much mayo and mustard i couldn’t even enjoy it. and it was terribly wrapped. do better.

This place is awesome i came in a few min before closing i felt batd but they still fed my family. Thank you for making our move into our new place awesome we were starving

Jersey Mike’s Subs on Smoky Hill road is the utmost place to dine at. The atmosphere is very cheery and energetic. The moment you enter this wonderful establishment, you are greeted with a friendly welcome. The restaurant was clean and tables were readily available. We stopped by during the lunch hour and it was busy. It was well staffed and organized that the wait time was a few minutes. Diontae took meal orders and worked that slicer like a pro. Hunter prepared our sandwiches very neatly and carefully. Everyone worked in unison which made the process quick and easy. Derek Watley our cashier handled the pick up orders and register with a smile. Explained to us about the rewards program and took the time to answer all our questions. These group of people were amazing. Compliments to the management for a well trained team. Exactly like their sandwiches, well deserved 5 stars for a great experience.

Great place for a quick bite. Excelent bread.
