Great Subs, fast and friendly service, was impressed with how clean everything was with everybody moving so quickly. Highly recommend stopping by for all sub sandwich cravings. Great had the Big Kahuna, but Original Italian looked delicious as well!

Multiple times in the past few months I've shown up to pick an order up and they were out of bread. How does a place that make sandwiches not make enough bread? They are always backed up and the food is almost never ready on time. I've had issue after issue here yet I kept coming back.

Today I had an order to pick up that was supposed to be ready at 11:40. At 12:10 I asked them about it as I saw the bag there but it wasn't sealed up. Employee checked the bag, sealed it, then handed it to me without a word or apology. It had been sitting there at least 10 minutes. This was my final straw I will not be ordering there ever again.

We ordered for delivery from this location often. But no more. This is the fourth time we did not get everything we paid for. The team is great about refunding, but I'd rather have everything we paid for. Paying attention to the simple things like bags of chips and a drink shouldn't be taxing. It makes sense that orders would include that. I didn't want to scold teenagers over the phone, because that will serve no purpose, but the owner should know they are going to lose business over a lack of attention to detail. I'm not getting anything from this location moving forward. Fourth time was the charm.

Shout-out to Keith and Bodie at the Smoky Hill location! The store was absolutely slammed, but these two stayed cool, calm, and collected the entire time—cranking out sandwiches at lightning speed. And the best part? They did it all with genuine smiles on their faces! Great job guys!
