The Great Frame Up of Littleton

This Jersey mikes has always been good to us. I’m a celiac and their gluten free bread is really good. Not to mention they are METICULOUS about their preparation of my food and I’ve never been sick. Taylin and staff are really awesome and I’d recommend stopping in and trying this place out!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free!

Used to be a go to place for me....Not anymore!First- if you respond don't bother to tell me an email address to send a note to. I did that first to give you a shot. Fail! No reply. The couple in front of me ordered the exact same sandwich. A giant #7. They got8 slices of provolone 23 slices of turkey. I got 7 slices of cheese 14 slices of turkey. I asked if the people in front of me asked for extra meat and was told no. Inconsistency has been the theme here. I'll use my Shore Points at a different location---maybe. Train your staff! Spend less time telling your guests about the offers your restaurant does not accept!

We had a nightmare with uber eats who ultimately left our food at some random house! We called the restaurant and the manager made us our sandwiches for.free!! We know it.wasnt their fault, but they were very sweet to help is. Changed my husband's attitude from very "hangary" to happy. Thank you !

Don't patronize this store because they don’t take coupons here anymore!Did not notice the sign until after my sandwiches were made and instead of taking my $16.00 for both, they decided it was better just to discard my order. In my opinion this is wasteful and not good customer service and for them to not except my cougar card. Ended up going to a sister store (Tower and Hampton) instead and with no problems.

I’ll have to say I gave this place a chance since Jersey mikes is one of my favorite sub chains but this location here is really badly managed, it’s dirty during lunch hours and always a ridiculous wait since understaffed is always their excuse for your long wait, well tonight they didn’t have bread mind you this is about the second time I encounter this issue”but we have wraps”??? Your a sub shop and run out of bread repeatedly at 7PM when your operating hours go beyond …..Corporate/franchisee/ YOU ARE LOSING MONEY AND LOCAL CUSTOMERS

Great Customer Service! We had an issue with our order, my wife called and spoke to a female manager who took care of it right away. It's nice when a local place really does care about their customer's being happy.

I went to order food and they informed me that the card reader was down so I had to order through the app. After that they allowed other people to order and pay with card. They served 10 people in front of me while I had to wait 25 minutes for my food because of the app. No one in this store knows what is going on.
