Maybe the worst experience I’ve had. Went in for a sandwich. Placed order. Waited 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started my order. 5 people after me received their sandwiches and mine hadn’t been started. Not a complex order 1 sandwich. Left went down the street to Subway. Won’t be back to this location.

Good food, but the group of employees at this location are seriously inept. Simple things like listening to your order or even knowing their menu are a struggle, and you have to ask for lettuce and tomato when you order a BLT. I really want to like this place...unfortunately the people that work there leave a lot to be desired.

Closing crew on 8/8/25 need a raise Mike! These folks knocked out some walk in lady with like 8 sandwichs, online orders and MORE walk ins, 30 minutes before closed. Efficient service, wonderful people. A staff that definitely deserves their flowers ASAP!

I thought it was just my experience but after reading these reviews I realize It’s not. The staff was rude and weird. I came in to order a sandwich and despite there being like 5 employees behind the counter and no one in line, no one would acknowledge me. When finally someone approached me and asked me what I wanted to order, no one ringed me up, no one else was even aware of what I ordered and an employee almost gave my sandwich to a person that came in after me. I was so confused. Basic customer service skills are not rocket science. Sandwich was fine, but nothing all that special.

Absolutely terrible! Ordered a roast beef & provolone with everything EXCEPT onions. What i got was onions ONLY.
These clowns think its funny to give a person allergic to onions a sandwich full of them.
Do yourself a favor and STAY AWAY from this location

Lol I wasn't going to leave a review but then started reading all the other one stars, and I couldn't agree more. Workplace was dirty and employees are rude. Then the owners response to all of them saying sorry but still won't fire the staff? Lol what a joke. These people deserve each other and I'm sure profits reflect it too. Good luck. Sincerely ANOTHER one less customer 🤣
Saturday 12.30 PM place almost empty Our Giant original Italian was made with 5 slices of every meat, it’s supposed to have 6 slices of each meat and 8 slices of pepperoni Bread was stale
