One hell of a skinny sandwich for a price giant price ... Had bigger foot longs at subway wth
Just left after watching 10 people after me getting their sandwiches immediately made when they paid. Do better.

This location is not the greatest. The staff is lacking and really not very polite. The girl with glasses at the register is probably the most unpleasant and needs to work on her customer service
The best subs. That's all you need to know!! Get your number 9 or 13 on the grill... a quick toast of the meat. Mike's way... gotta have the Juice. Cheesesteak! Bam. Now I'm hungry again...
Came in Sunday afternoon. No one else here. Terrible ....Kitchen surfaces had food all over. Hadn't cleaned slicer machines nor counters where food prep was taking place. Bits of lettuce , bread crumbs etc all over. Floors and tables hadn't been wipe down... if health inspectors came in at this moment big f. Mentioned to sometime behind counter about above concerns. Said they had been slammed.... no excuse.
Don't order online. When I ordered online, I marked no mayo, got mayo. I marked no onions, got onions. Didn't mark banana peppers, got banana peppers (they were supposed to be on the other sandwich, wasn't much either.) I did get the jalapenos I wanted, all 7 slices. I love paying over $10 for a messed up sandwich order (that's 1 sandwich, no meal.) I mean how hard is it to make a sandwich to order? Not to mention they cheap out on everything they put on it expect the lettuce (appropriate amount of meat.) The only reason I don't give it 1 star is because the ingredients they use to make the sandwich are quite good, nothing of which the employees are responsible. They're only responsible for messing up the order. Will not be ordering from here again.
Gave this place another try today and it will be the last. Service was horrible, the male in here dreads was extremely rude. We paid almost $30 for the big kahuna and it was horrible. I had to make au jus to dip it in because it was so dry. They only had wheat bread at lunch time, and it was dry and the meat was also very dry. Based on my experience I know the sales are declining and complaints are rising. Ownership needs to make a change immediately. Where is the quality control?

The guy who cooked up my #55 Big Kahuna did a fabulous job. Strongly recommend this as a wrap. Add the cpr ( cherry pepper relish) and lettuce and tomato. This sandwich/ wrap/ burrito is top-notch. Thanks Jersey Mike's for such a great lunch

I have not gotten an order here that has been correct, yet. Everyone makes mistakes, so we've tried a few times and today has done it, we won't be back. We ordered a sandwich with double meat and cheese and paid $7 more for it and they didn't double anything.
These sandwiches top all other sandwiches! So so good! Try the club sub

All my life I have ordered Subway sandwiches. I like Subway sandwiches. But one day my brother brought home a Jersey Mike's sandwich. I felt the sandwich was above and beyond and very good. Tonight I decided to order my first time. I was at home so my husband went to Jersey Mike's at Hampden and Tower and asked one of the employees there if I could talk to him over the speaker of my phone and order a sandwich as I had many questions about what they offer. A very nice gentleman who was so willing to help Jermaine helped me with the order. The sandwich was very good . The roast beef was very good quality . My only suggestion is to make the bread a little bit thinner. They also don't have a way to make a hot sandwich other than the one that they serve like subway you can have the cheese melted on the meat Etc. But I came up with a solution and warmed it up in my house and it was just absolutely delicious. I love the lettuce on there and everything else. We got the huge sandwich because you can actually be a meal for three people for around $20. Jermaine seemed happy to help me with this unusual request and because of that I am writing this five-star review. These days in this world there seems to be so much distress negativity and toxicity. What I want to say is Jermaine was patient, kind and tolerant with me. I appreciate that so much Jermaine and want everybody to know the good customer service is so appreciated in this world today. I know for me if I can smile or say hello or make a difference in someone's life I will do it. I own my own business of 27 years as a professional pet sitter and I understand what good service means. This specific store is the only one I dislike. They got my order wrong and I don’t want to bother to drive back let alone call. They are already rude themselves and I don’t want to deal with them. They have so many workers yet all of them just stand around. They don’t make tea anymore I guess it’s that hard to do. I had a feeling not to go to this store and I should’ve trusted not to. I shouldn’t have tipped. I doubt this store will ever improve in the future. It’s frustrating. Good luck, your food depends on their MOOD!
