Order accuracy at this location is sub-par at best. Doesn't matter how you order delivery, they just can't get it right. We live close and order often, and there is something wrong about 90% of the time. Sometimes is something easy like pulling cheese off a sandwich that was ordered without, sometimes they randomly add bacon to a roast beef sandwich making it inedible. Wish they could get their act together.

Jersey Mike's is my number 1 favorite sandwich place of all time. I was happy this was so close to my house.
I have ordeeed hot and cold sandwiches here and have loved them all. I only order the biggest sizes and always wish I ordered 2 sandwiches when I finish the one.
They are light years ahead of all the other sandwich places. If you haven't tried them you need to change that immediately!

The best experience I’ve had in a fast food restaurant I came in on Saturday around 12:30 and it was really busy yet they were booking it the worker were so kind and nice well knocking out subs fast and making them look and from what I could tell from mine delicious I will be returning had recommending this place to my friends

Maybe the worst experience I’ve had. Went in for a sandwich. Placed order. Waited 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started my order. 5 people after me received their sandwiches and mine hadn’t been started. Not a complex order 1 sandwich. Left went down the street to Subway. Won’t be back to this location.

Great sub place. Philly cheesecake is delicious haven't even needed to get anything else..
Good food, but the group of employees at this location are seriously inept. Simple things like listening to your order or even knowing their menu are a struggle, and you have to ask for lettuce and tomato when you order a BLT. I really want to like this place...unfortunately the people that work there leave a lot to be desired.

Closing crew on 8/8/25 need a raise Mike! These folks knocked out some walk in lady with like 8 sandwichs, online orders and MORE walk ins, 30 minutes before closed. Efficient service, wonderful people. A staff that definitely deserves their flowers ASAP!

I thought it was just my experience but after reading these reviews I realize It’s not. The staff was rude and weird. I came in to order a sandwich and despite there being like 5 employees behind the counter and no one in line, no one would acknowledge me. When finally someone approached me and asked me what I wanted to order, no one ringed me up, no one else was even aware of what I ordered and an employee almost gave my sandwich to a person that came in after me. I was so confused. Basic customer service skills are not rocket science. Sandwich was fine, but nothing all that special.
