No one thinks to have to open their sandwich to check if the main ingredients are there before going home. Didn’t offer a refund and I didn’t want to go back since I’m 20 min away. And they offered 5% off my next sandwich that I’ll never use. Almost $32 on 2 sandwiches.

I love this store. Now days take out food is such a disappointment but this jersey mikes is always on point. We can count on this place more than any restaurant in our area. The whole staff is the bomb but there are two African American males that work there that just make our experiences so much better. The older gentleman that doesn’t say much but works so hard and has excellent customer service reminds me of my uncle who passed , he brings me comfort every time I see him. The other gentleman who really pays attention to your order and sings while working . Beautiful voice and he’s funny and friendly! Unfortunately I didn’t get names but will make it appointment the next time we are in. Thanks for being an awesome location and restaurant!

I can't begin to tell you how insanely fast their delivery is. Granted, I'm less than a mile from them. But, seriously, they're fast enough that I question whether they made a deal with the devil or not. Plus, the sammiches are good, and the staff is always polite.

For a place that has a tip jar. They don't tip when they get delivery. I watched a pizza guy deliver 4 or 5 pizzas to the crew, and not tip the driver. What a terrible thing to do.I won't be back to this Jersey Mikes.

"Free smells" is one of the best advertising techniques I have ever fallen victim to. Once I get a whiff it is like cocaine to my sandwich loving taste buds and then I have to buy a sub (or 3). So amazingly delicious and yummy. Dave is an amazing chef
I am pregnant due on Christmas day and I just cannot get enough of this place two days in a row now for different subs and chocolate chip cookies and that cherry soda like are you kidding me this is just incredible every crumb of everything. I ate my lunch in bed because it’s a snow day… can’t ask for much more.Kid-friendliness: My four year old is obsessed with their BLT and the bread is perfectly soft for little mouths.
