This place sucks the tree my sandwich together. Didn’t ask if if wanted anything on the sandwich. When I asked for mayo in my sandwich she just wrapped it ant threw me a mayo pack. Won’t be back over priced

As a loyal customer, I truly hate to leave a one-star review, but this was by far the most disappointing experience I’ve had at any Jersey Mike’s location. I ordered a cheesesteak, but immediately regretted it after seeing how dirty the griddle was—they clearly hadn’t made any effort to clean it. On top of that, all the tables were greasy and unclean. It was honestly very off-putting.
I strongly recommend that the staff be more attentive to cleanliness, both in the food prep area and the dining space. A quick wipe-down between orders and regular table maintenance would go a long way in restoring the kind of quality and care customers expect from Jersey Mike’s.”

Hands down one of my favorite subshops, to go to. The crew at this one is amazing. Always so friendly, willing to talk and willing to put a smile on your face. If the subs weren't so good, I would say, go there, just to meet that friendly crew.

Sandwiches are always fire and always delicious. But service and timing even with mobile order ahead, is sub par. I usually order 15 minutes before getting to the store (right before work) and usually my order still isn’t finished, it’s happened several times already with even 20 minutes ahead of time for one order and it wasn’t done. Store was never ever busy. Always 1 customer or 2 in the store so not sure what’s going on. But luckily food is always amazing.

Unfortunately, the employee taking down the orders was too busy playing around to get my order correct. So both my orders were wrong, but he then proceeded to toll his eyes at me after his mistakes affected other employees and myself

The Subs are decent here. And the service was great. Lots of sitting room if you want to done in. And the subs aren't badly priced for the quality.

Just reminder if you don't tip on they don't listen to you I ask for no onions and I had onions 🤨.. I don't carry cash that's why I couldn't tip but oh well....
