From the moment I walked in, Jasmine was friendly, professional, and made sure every detail was taken care of. She went above and beyond to ensure my sandwich was made to perfection, and her attention to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my visit. Her positive attitude and excellent leadership really stood out. It’s rare to find such dedicated and thoughtful service, and I’ll definitely be returning because of her exceptional management. I always have such a great experience at this location. As soon as you walk in you can tell the place is clean and organize. The staff is friendly as well as the manager Ana. You can tell the place is well managed. She made sure our order was as best as can be. The food was great

I ordered from this location a few days ago during the day and got exactly what I ordered and it was all fresh and delicious. I ordered again tonight and was never able to get my food and had a couple different drivers from Uber eats, the final driver actually called me and told me the store was telling him they already filled the order, then someone from the store got on and said "is this James?" and I heard the Uber guy tell them no it was Lucas....(Which makes me believe they're doing this to different people multiple times a day)...they proceeded to tell me they gave the order out three times already and can't do it anymore. I FULL HEARTEDLY BELIEVE THE EMPLOYEES ATE THE SANDWICH I ORDERED THIS Second TIME GETTING FOOD FROM HERE AND OUTRIGHT LIED TO UBER AND MYSELF AND STOLE FROM BOTH JERSEY MIKES AND UBER. Do NOT EVER order from here in the evening.
