The pizza was good, but they were out of sausage that day, which was disappointing. Also to note, the kid working that entire place alone that night did a phenomenal job trying to keep things moving when it was apparent the management did not have adequate staffing.

When I arrive, I asked the cashier if there were any coupons available online and he was unaware of anything. I paid an exorbitant amount for a single pizza and while I was waiting for it, I looked online and found a $5 off coupon, if you place the order online. My fault for not looking there first, but you would think they would know.It's available and would tell you about it if you asked. The pizza has also gotten smaller (I ordered an 8ct Detroit Style) but the price has gone up. Not sure I'll be back anytime soon.

Just tired to order a pizza and it would be $50 total with tip. Asked them to bring me $50 back to break a $100 but they said they couldn't do that. I mean what business can't break a $100 bill? What a joke.

I want to start by saying that love Jet's Pizza. The food is fantastic. Now with that being said lately I have had real issues with the Quincy location. Sometimes I have ordered and waited for hours to get my food. Once I had family in from out of town and we ordered a little later in the evening. Apparently their power went out and no one notified us of the situation so we waited for like an hour and a half and recived no pizza so we called the store just to find out about the situation and it was too late to even order from somewhere else. For that supposedly we received a credit. The other night I called because I was going to order a pizza and I noticed on the website that all of my loyalty points and rewards and credit card info was somehow mysteriously gone. I also asked about my credit which was like $40 and somehow that is gone too! I asked to speak to a manager or someone in charge to straighten this all out and the manager said there was no one to talk to about it and she had no idea what had happened to my points, my rewards or my credit and she would have someone call me about it and that was a week ago. Never heard from anyone. Its really a shame because I love the food and am really a loyal customer and order from them quite often but if they don't care about making all this right, I guess I'll have to find somewhere else to frequent. If you ever want to kiss and make up, you have my info and if not- then you also know what you can do...

We ordered take out, one Detroit style and one hand tossed. It was hot and ready as soon as we got there and the food was delicious. I'm normally not a fan of deep dish but this was light and crispy.

I even used their delivery service and they still delivered the food with half the toppings slid over to obe side. Obviously the delivery person held the pizza sideways. 15%tip at the time of ordering wasn't enough to make em care.

These folks are just terrible to deal with. I ordered a pizza for pick up and when I got home I found it was the wrong pizza. I called them to tell them and they basically said I was lying. After a few min they "believed" me. They said they could credit my account but I paid cash. So I had them remake it and I drove back. I talked to a lady there that claimed to be the manager and she said she was sorry and I told her accusing your customer of lying is not a good policy. I returned the wrong pizza. She said she would credit my account for the trouble and I left with. I then realized that I paid cash and wondered how they would credit me. I called and asked about it and I was told she wasn't the manager and that I got my pizza and that's that. So not only did they accuse me of lying, they lied to me several times... They didn't seem to care or showed any kind of remorse for anything. I will never buy anything from this place again. I won't do business with folks with no integrity...

DELIVERY DRIVER SAVED MY FERRET
My pet ferret, Richard, is possibly the best ferret that has ever existed. He is quite amiable and always washes his feet all by himself. But his one character flaw is that whenever there is pizza in the house, he goes absolutely AWOL. I’m talking climbing walls, biting cat, and pushing all the buttons on the remote so that the aspect ratio is absolutely cooked and I can’t ever get it back in time before jeopardy for meemaw. And he doesn’t wash his feet.
Anyways. One day he got out of the house, which never happens, And we didn’t see him for a few days. BUT THEN we decided to order pizza to see if that would lure him back to the house. So we ordered an XL cheese (Richard’s favorite), and told the delivery driver to leave it on the porch. The driver did as told, and literally not minutes later Richard returned! We knew it was him based on the bloodcurdling screams we heard coming from outside (turns out Richard also bites pizza boys!)! THANK YOU JETS FOR SAVING MY RICHARD. And thank you pizza boy. And we’re sorry about the stitches 😅 we tipped good though. 10/10!!
