Called to ask about a pizza delivery after waiting an hour and a half. Guy on phone said the driver left and got stuck in traffic due to an accident that's why it's taking so long. Delivery guy shows up shortly after, tells us the manager never called him, he only left a few minutes ago and there was no accident. So a whole big story was made up to cover the fact that they were just slow to make the order.

The pizza was really good, we ordered ahead of time for a specific pick up time. When we arrived, it was exactly our pick up time and we still had to wait about 10-15 minutes for the pizza. If we didnt have to wait so long for it, this would've been a 5 star review.

This location is always great! Even if I've had issues with an order, they go out of their way to fix it. Only downside is the area is kinda rough and getting into the building takes a little walking. Not a big deal though!
Although I live in Michigan and order locally often, I had never tried NY style crust. Not a dan, and will stick to Detroit style.

I love the BBQ chicken deep dish. The friendly courteous staff make it a lil less painful to pay $$ for yummy pizza ?. Left overs heat perfect in the oven or Air Fryer!Vegetarian options: Ask for what you want and they'll make you a Vegetarian Pizza, no problem. We have 1 Vegetarian in the group who gets a separate pizza.Parking: It's located in a decent sized a shopping center. Always plenty of parking available.Wheelchair accessibility: You need to park towards the end of the building, but there is wheelchair access to the sidewalk. If I recall correctly, one is by the Credit Union side.

Staff is rude and pretentious.Sauce is very acidic, and price is expensive. Small 4 piece deep dish specialty is 19.19... cheese was good, and it did have a nice crunch, but for the price Blue Pan Pizza is much better.This place thinks it's a boutique pizza joint, when it's a simple hole in the wall. Way over priced.Parking: Big lot

Friendly and professional. Helped us apply a coupon on the phone while it was only for online. The gentleman took the time to grab his manager and apply it over the phone. Plus the pizza was super delicious.
