Very disappointed with my first time here. Not only did we not get what we ordered and paid for but to make matters worse the employees are disgusting. We went in to check on the eta of our pizza and the only employees there were both outside smoking in front of the door and when they saw us they went right back inside to making pizzas and taking orders without washing their hands. THAT’S DISGUSTING. First and LAST time coming here.

There is nothing like jets pizza, order it pay whatever they ask bc this will be the best pizza of your life. I travel and I eat pizza for a part time it seems and I'm telling you ....I cried when I moved away but I'm back and ordering weekly! The Cajun isn't too hot it's more flavor w salt than anything sorta old bay-ISH. THE OTHER FLAVORS ARE JUST AS TASTY AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DBL UP ON THE WINGS. Amazing food I love this place. Oh make sure to tip driver properly if they are far from your house.
Kid-friendliness: The Cajun was too much for our 4.5 yr old who eats everything and likes things with flavor. That's okay it's so good I'm going to order her own pizza bc I love her to explore quality foods.
I do not like to leave these types of complaints but I am upset. I placed an order through DoorDash. The manager CONFIRMED that HER employee gave my order to the wrong person. She told me they couldn't do anything about it because the order was placed through DoorDash. I challenged that and told her that it was her employee's mistake. She was rude and unhelpful. As a manager, I know there is always something that can be done, especially since your staff is at fault. As much as I love Jet's Pizza, I would rather spend my money at an establishment that values their customers.

We ordered the Buffalo Chicken Detroit style crust. Super yummy. Fluffy like Bread and crispy around the edges like a tasty loaf in butter. It works brilliantly. Tastes amazing.

I love jets pizza but I will never go to this location again. I went to order a pizza at 7pm tonight and upon calling I was rudely interrupted the second I started talking and was told that they were closed and not taking any more orders. I try to be understanding that employees are entitled and are too lazy to work but leaving 3 hours early is absolutely ridiculous. I would never normally write a bad review but I’m super sick of businesses allowing their employees to leave work hours before the store is closed

Buy beware! DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY! They use a third party to deliver and you will not receive what you ordered. They refused to give me a refund and no food was received. Horrible customer service. Over an hour past estimated time and also 2 hours after I ordered.
