I'm a doordasher. I had a order for here. I went to the couner and gave the name. They said it was still cooking. I sat down for 20 min waiting, then some other employee asked the name and turned around and pulled it out of the warmer. They forgot about me. I was the only person in the restaurant. I had a order already waiting in the car. Not only was I late for the pizza order I was late on the other. Screwed with my review.

While Jet's Pizza is great, this location is terrible. I waited to post this review to see if they would resolve my issue, but they did not. I ordered delivery from them last Sunday. The pizza was to be delivered around 6:15. I called at 7:15 and was told that the driver "just left" and should be at my location any minute. I never saw the driver. I called at 8:15 to cancel my order, was told that he was "probably in an accident" and that my order would be refunded. I never received the refund. My suggestion is to go to the location on Quincy or somewhere else in town if you want their pizza. Or pick-up yourself and pay cash, since they are not going to actually refund you if you have any issues.

I don’t know what happened, but I used to get fresh cooked pizza here. Lately it’s been old pizza that seems to have been reheated. I didn’t even eat it this time. I’m not going to waste my money here anymore.

Was really excited to try this place, looked through their menu for a bit and saw there was a discount if you texted your order. After texting multiple locations that the website say are within my range I got a response saying “looks like you’re not within our delivery range”. Even though one place was 2.1 miles away. I’ve never tried this place but the fact that it’s not accessible and wasted my time makes me not interested anymore.

The food was delicious. The service was lacking. You walk in, and nobody comes up front to greet you for a couple of minutes. There's no menu displayed, so you have to grab a paper menu, but that's when they come out and ask you what you would like to order.I ordered 2 slice combo and triple cheese turbo stix. I ordered Detroit style pizza. It was good, cheesy, and saucy. The cheese sticks were really good. I loved the crust on them. They didn't let you know when the pizza would be ready. They didn't even hand me my receipt. I had to grab it off the printer.Customer service needs improvement. I'm thinking maybe they have a lot of turnover or only one person is running the whole thing. I only saw one person and another arrived during pickup. Maybe I caught them during the shift change. I'll give them a 2nd chance. Until next time.

Great pizza! We ordered the deep dish and the balance of the sauce, toppings and cheese was perfect! Delivery was prompt and the only issue was that we didn't get the paper plates, etc that I requested in the order.
