I loved the picklewich sandwich. I probably don’t need pickles for a few months, did the triple pickle deal. The chips are really good, and the pickle ranch too. Glad i finally got to try this limited time offering. Employees were busy, ordered on app and picked up while at the hospital. Easy to order and pickup using the app.

The bread was stale and hard. It feels like it was baked yesterday. The sandwich was dry and not very tasty. I'm very disappointed because it ruined the whole taste. I'll have to find another sandwich

My girlfriend went in after going to the gym to bring us home a sandwich we could share and these two ladies in there shamed her for her request. She wanted a 16” that we could split which would have just been an 8” sandwich each. But instead my girl was greeted with eye rolls and snide comments about how she couldn’t possibly mean that because it’s too big and how that sandwich is meant for 4 or more people. To shame someone for a food order they are paying you for is wild to me. What universe do they come from? People eat a footlong from subway alone all the time but two people couldn’t possibly share a 16 inch sub right? Well we’ll just get our sandwiches from subway from now if that’s the case. And to top it all off the sandwich they slapped together was so so.

After spending 25 dollars on a simple combo to be delivered, I waited 45 minutes for delivery to come from Uber Eats, of all places. I thought that JJ delivered their own food, but not anymore.

As is normal with third party delivery services, I received no drink with my order, and the Uber driver couldn't have cared less. The employees at the restaurant only handed him the food with no indication that there was a drink to go with it (except for the receipt which mentioned a drink of course). Absolutely no recourse apart from this review, and saving others the frustration.

It's the future, and we can't expect people to read receipts or care about getting anything right.

Disappointing. Won't be ordering delivery from JJ's ever again as Uber Eats, Door Dash, and all the rest are wasteful garbage with horrendous service.

Avoid ordering it for delivery yourself.

I want to start off by acknowledging that the worker with the red hair is doing their best. There were only 2 people working. One person, the lady with the red hair, was up front taking orders and making the food. There was, another worker, but I wasn't sure what they were doing... clearly the worker in the front needs help. It is clear that this location is extremely short staffed, considering the lunch rush and location. When I arrived, they stopped taking in person orders because there was too many online orders. The orders kept coming and coming. I used to work in fast food, and I'm pretty sure managers have the power to temporarily stop web orders. It's clear these workers don't get paid enough for doing the work of three to four people. Clearly no management is present to support their workers. Eventually, the lady greeting the customers started taking in person orders again, although web orders kept coming in. She was under quoting the wait time. It look us 45 minutes to get our food, but she was quoting people 10- 15 minutes MINIMUM. Due to the large influx of orders, the orders themselves are not coming out in order it was placed. Some people got their orders sooner than others. Additionally, I ordered a sandwich and got a wrap. Because they were so busy, I didn't want to make them remake it, so I left. This location is exploiting their workers. Take your business somewhere else.

The new manager at this location is very personable and was willing to honor the discount I was promised by previous employees.

I have had problems with this store previously, either not having a driver, getting orders wrong, or being out of items and still sending the order without telling me until I called about it.

I hope the best for this location since I get my lunches here often as it's cheap, quick, and easy to eat on the run.

The last two times I’ve been to this location: first time, they somehow lost my order and it took 30 minutes for them to make my sandwich. This time, I was the only person in the store waiting and after ten minutes, I asked if my sandwich was being made, they looked for the order and said it would be another five minutes. So much for “freaky fast.”

I understand you are busy. But you have two lines for a reason. 25 min for a sandwich inperson slapped together and smashed by the person wrapping it is unacceptable. Pick up your game or give that office space to somone who can keep up
