They had my sandwich before I hade even finshed paying. Service is the fastest I have seen. Food is kinda bland though

They did okay once but then two other times I got turned over to Uber Eats for the delivery. Both times, they gave the delivery guy my number and he kept texting me in some language I don't know. And Uber Eats sent me a text threatening to cancel my order if I didn't meet the guy at the door (when I asked for the order to be left at the door.)
Jimmy Johns also got the order right twice and wrong the third time.

Andrew who took our order was absolutely amazing. However, the individual making the sandwiches had headphones on, therefore when asking if our order was complete he ignored us due to having headphones on. This absolutely disrespectful and annoying. Especially when Adam who took our order was trying to do everything possible to take care of us. And on top of it Adam felt hesitant to tell the one making the sandwiches to do his job.

I regularly order through the app and delivery times have improved with their drivers like Toni. But today, they outsourced my delivery to Uber eats. I got a link to track the order, was told who my driver was and how to contact him and that he was on the way and everything. I was tracking the order and even stood outside since our business is not always easy to find. Suddenly, it says my order was delivered, but it wasn't! I tried calling the driver and they kept sending me to voicemail.I called the shop and they said my food hadn't even been picked up yet! They said they would get one of their drivers to deliver it right away. Toni knows where we are and delivers to me and my coworkers often! She's great and always gets our food here fast, so I have no idea why they outsourced to Uber. I ordered at 11:48 and finally got my food at 12:50.
