Tied reordering a BLT and said it was no longer available but found it under toasted subs. Asked for napkins, only one was provided. Asked for extra tomato, no extra tomatos. Asked for cheese and they put the bacon on top of the cheese so I couldn't separate them. Tried microwaving the bacon because it wasn't crispy and the cheese stuck to the napkin and had throw out the bacon. Bread was burnt. I miss the old Jimmy Johns sandwiches.

Freaky fast means freaky inaccurate. This place intentionally leaves the bacon off my sandwich to save money, and don't know what toasted means as they never toast my sub when ordered. YOU MUST OPEN THIS IN STORE PERFEEABLE IN THEIR FACE SO THEYLL STOP CHEATING US TO SAVE MONEY! GET IT TOGETHER!

I frequent this location and am always happy with the quality of food and service. On my visit today, the store was busy but David and Jay still provided quality customer service while taking care of everyone's orders promptly. The store was clean and my sandwich was perfect!

Horrible delivery times of greater than 40 minutes. They’re less than 8 minutes from my delivery location.
Food came in 50 minutes, coke had no ice, sandwich was missing all the freebies, had the tomatoes I didn't want. Instructions are clearly too hard to follow.

The service at this location is awful. They don’t serve people in order, 2 people behind me got thier sandwich before me. The staff is rude, music is blasting and get upset when you ask them to cut a sandwich- for $20, cutting a sandwich should not be a ridiculous request. And they can’t get an order correct to save their life. I wish there was a different Jimmy John’s store in my area
