I’m so sad because I’ve worked near this location for a long time and I’ve always ordered from here. But the last two times I have ordered, the workers were so mean and aggressive. The delivery driver came into my work being aggressive to every person she interacted with and I waited over an hour for my sandwhich from right next door due to not being able to leave my shift. I’m so disappointed cause I loved this place before, but it’s def not worth it these days! Apparently they have new owners who aren’t holding their staff to a good standard. Don’t waste your time or money!

This location seems to have a hard time getting orders correct, the last two times deliveries have been off, last time they gave me water instead of gatorade (the juice was out) and this time regular chips instead of BBQ. its not a huge deal and they are good with refunds but when you only get time to eat lunch a couple times a week and somethings not right its a big bummer.

I placed a delivery order and despite being marked as delivered, no person ever approached my house. I called store and they told me they would send another order. Same thing - no person approached but my order was marked as delivered. Contacted store and requested refund. Store rep blamed 3rd party delivery, and I agree that is an issue. It reflects on JJ though. Like many other places that used to have their own delivery but now use expensive 3rd parties, I will no longer order from them.

This location is garbage. Management and front line employees are incompetent! Cant seem to think outside the box. Sandwiches are half made. Basically bread & lettuce. Needless to say, the last time they’ll see my pretty face

Tied reordering a BLT and said it was no longer available but found it under toasted subs. Asked for napkins, only one was provided. Asked for extra tomato, no extra tomatos. Asked for cheese and they put the bacon on top of the cheese so I couldn't separate them. Tried microwaving the bacon because it wasn't crispy and the cheese stuck to the napkin and had throw out the bacon. Bread was burnt. I miss the old Jimmy Johns sandwiches.

I frequent this location and am always happy with the quality of food and service. On my visit today, the store was busy but David and Jay still provided quality customer service while taking care of everyone's orders promptly. The store was clean and my sandwich was perfect!
