I frequent this location and am always happy with the quality of food and service. On my visit today, the store was busy but David and Jay still provided quality customer service while taking care of everyone's orders promptly. The store was clean and my sandwich was perfect!

The service at this location is awful. They don’t serve people in order, 2 people behind me got thier sandwich before me. The staff is rude, music is blasting and get upset when you ask them to cut a sandwich- for $20, cutting a sandwich should not be a ridiculous request. And they can’t get an order correct to save their life. I wish there was a different Jimmy John’s store in my area

The lady with the cheetah glasses is disgusting she is so sloppy with the way she makes the sandwich on dirty surface! She should not be working there it’s just gross! Someone needs to do a health inspection when she works!!!!!!!
We were late night customers tonight, after a long and emotional day of saying goodbye to our pet. The young man who helped us SO friendly and helpful. I wish I caught his name so that I could address him personally and let him know that he made our day much better with his excellent customer service!! The delicious sandwiches were honestly just a plus to the kindness!
