My husband called to make them aware of contaminated food, they totally disregard him and stated that no one else has came in or called to complain. I have a very specific diet and know exactly what made me ill. I will be contacting the health department and taking any additional steps needed to hold this company accountable. Do not eat

Well Hey now this is a really good sando. Excellent job people I am impressed. I get this one pretty regularly from a few different locations and it’s always pretty meh. This is the first time I’ve ever had it done proper. Enough lettuce. Gutted like I asked. Even portions. Way to go guys now I’m gonna have to have it done right every time. I’ll be back.

Make sure you double check they give you the correct sandwiches,AND toppings before you leave.I've now filed multiple complaints with the online and email but no change in the quality of this service.I'm spending on average $50+ each time I'm here and I order the JJ GARGANTUAN, most expensive sandwich and somehow they mess up something in my order EVERY time. I've tipped every time because I understand service struggle. I worked in the industry for twenty years, my mom was a server. That's it though, I'm burned here. Just another example of the failure of quality in today's service and business.If you have an interest to eat, avoid this location. In fact avoid all businesses in the general area it appears this mentality extends to most dining in this area.It's going to take some REAL effort to buy me back JJ. and for me to change my rating. The restaurant was empty when I walked in.Server greeted us, however…..She greeted us with gloves already on with an ink pen in her hand. ?She was entering our order into the computer with the same gloves on. ?She proceeded to make our sandwhiches with the same gloves on that she held a pen in and entered our order in. ?She also did not put our sandwiches in a bag. She showed us where to get one, an we got one and packed our sandwiches ourselves. ?She was not mean or rude, however food borne illness is REAL. I hope better Training is implemented on the importance of food safety.I will not eat this sandwich.

Perfection! This place WOW! Literally the best experience I have had since I moved here two years ago! Ambiance! Cleanliness! We walked in 5 minutes to close and had no idea what we were ordering. The delivery driver took our order, while the manager made it ... by ear ... so polite! Friendly & Clean!!! I know it's just a chain sandwich place but it's my new favorite one! The sandwiches were also made to perfection and even though we ordered one giant sandwich made three ways, we didn't even have to ask for them to be wrapped separately! Thank you for redeeming my faith in a nice sandwich!
