Waiting over an hour and a half for a delivery order is not cool. This isn’t the first time this has happened through this location either.

I visited Jimmy John’s today to pick up an order. While my food was ready, the employee at the counter, a white man with long hair, never called my name or let me know it was ready. At first, I assumed he might be busy, so I waited. However, I noticed another delivery driver arrive after me, and their order was also ready, but the same employee ignored them too.
When the driver asked about their order, the employee’s tone and attitude were extremely unprofessional and disappointing. First of all, when customers or drivers enter the store, employees should greet them and ask, “How can I help you?” or “What do you need?” This simple gesture would improve communication and service.
Additionally, helping delivery drivers quickly is just as important as helping customers. Drivers are on a schedule, and ensuring they get their orders promptly means the food stays fresh and doesn’t arrive cold. Ignoring drivers not only affects their efficiency but also impacts the customers waiting for their food.
It felt like both customers and drivers were being pushed aside, which is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue and trains staff to provide better service for everyone in the future.

Cannot go wrong with the spicy East coast sandwich. Well made every time and I always look forward to it. The only problem is that there seems to be more and more rude and unreasonable customers coming in. Even though I've never seen an employee deserve the rudeness, it does take away from the atmosphere for the rest of us trying to enjoy our food and relax. It's a shame that the every day customer is lacking in decorum and sense of decency. Hopefully the crew they have now stays, they're solid and reliable with those #7's!

We use Jimmy John's often for lunch at our business. Yesterday we placed an order and asked for it to be delivered at 12:15pm. Unfortunately, the order did not arrive until 1:17pm and also had a missing item. I called the store to see what could be done and I was pleasantly surprised by the response. They offered to bring the missing item right over and also gave us a free treat on arrival. Then to make it even better today they showed up with a free catering box full of a variety of sandwiches for our staff to enjoy. Jimmy John's went above and beyond to rectify our situation. We will continue to order and enjoy their delicious sandwiches!

Definitely don't recommend this location
Disagree that manager would promote an employee that has a DV Charges. Especially, when he continues to put his hands on females. Definitely wouldn't promote someone like that when the most of the crew is female. I feel like the female on his shift isn't safe with him. Aka Manager Robert Cook
placed a $50 order and it took almost an hour and ME calling THEM to find out they’re out of bread of all things and aren’t delivering my food. like running out of product (even tho it’s bread at a sandwich shop) is understandable, but why did it take almost an hour AND me calling the store to learn this on a $50 order? i work food service too why would you not update the menu so unavailable items are actually unavailable?? or provide SOME level of communication to ur customer??? i was starving waiting to get one of the few things my brain is willing to let me eat to the point of feeling sick and getting close to puking/dry heaving when i called the store and then ultimately learned i had wasted my time and money.

You can't mess with their bread, and the Italian Night Club is the best. I always add the hot peppers. The customer service was awesome. They got the 4 on the atmosphere because our table was sticky and it looked like the cleanest one in there. But there were people at most tables. Can't give perfect marks on everything.

Because the machine failed to print a receipt the skinny guy making the sandwiches told the girl it didn’t charge me but the machine on my side said approved and I showed him my receipt online banking and he told me no I called my bank in front of them the lady said I had be charged I had to run my card again so ended up paying 60$ for 3 damn sandwiches I again told him an he said no he didn’t charge me like so adamant he was right the bank had to dispute the charge ind credit me the 28$ instead of him taking the proof from my phone that clearly said jimmy johns time an date I’ve always had great service from this location I’m very disappointed on how short he was with me and how uncomfortable he made the cashier feel by the look on her face she looked embarrassed the second charge came out w a receipt it said Kristopher if that’s the rude guy thanks a lot for making sure I don’t come back way to represent the company!

I would love to give this a full 5 stars, but as I have not been inside this location I can only give it 4.But I will say this... I hate calling a place up and telling them they messed up my order.I had to do that here because I have ordered many times from this company across multiple states. I absolutely love their #3 and #15, so I know how much tuna comes in the sandwiches.When I had to call this store and asked for a manager, I calmly explained to her what had happened and how much I was looking forward to my sandwich. The manager was super nice and very friendly. She explained to me the 3 options that she could do for me, and I was super happy to hear that they would make me a fresh sandwich and have it delivered.I write this review after receiving my sandwich, and I am happy to say that its exactly how I know them to be! Thank you so much to the manager that work tonight and to the driver that was kind enough to redeliver it to me!I will order from here again when I am feeling a delicious Tuna Sub!

Moving at a snails pace today. Only one in the place. Saturday 3/30/24 @ 5:30 pm. Took forever for them to make my sandwich. Like almost 5 minute and I was the ONLY one in there. Then a homeless guy came in and made a scene trying to use the bathroom and the employees were fine with him even though he mentioned smoking drugs in there. Get this franchise location under control.

Location understaffed, had to wait 30 mins on a mobile order with one person in front of me. Customers who came in later but ordered at the counter got their food first. Are the rewards points worth it?
