Idk what everyone is complaining about. I've been coming here for years and haven't had any issues. Service is fast and friendly, food is great

Had a good experience here twice now. Recently moved in the area so this is my nearest Jimmy John’s. I came in during the week around 2pm so, very quiet. The two gentlemen who were there were extremely nice and wrapped my beach club unwiched so tight and nicely!!! Thank you guys!!!

$21 for this, barely any tuna. Eddie the manager would only argue with me about it instead of offering a resolution. Despite being extremely kind when we first called. I’ve ordered from this same location multiple times, my food has never looked like this and I’ve never seen my sandwich so small. I realized after the first bite how empty and plain it tasted.. really sad customer service. I was honestly left in tears after our phone call because I was just surprised... and I really never go out of my way to leave a negative review … do yourself a favor and avoid this place

Been ordering from here for many years, but lately the people there look/sound annoyed and bothered. Got delivery today, the food wasn't tamper-proof and packed/sealed in a suspicious way. Even went to the store to see if I can get a refund or just have the sandwich remade and replaced, but dude didn't even want to do that. Won't be coming back.

Came in on Saturday 8-30 at 130pm, One Employee behind the counter was busy on a personal phone call with his earbud in and the other was originally standing at the sandwich bar then moved to register and stood behind the register eating. Apparently Weekends are the wrong days to come get a sandwich here, normally I stop by on a weekday and the overall atmosphere and general interaction with employees is upbeat and positive instead today when I went in I was treated like I was an Inconvenience for coming in. Manager did not give me a receipt either so I am unable to reach out and make a complaint to corporate. Totally unacceptable.

My terrible experience started with me ordering a tuna slim with cheese toasted and a bootlegger with cheese. When my food finally gets here I only have one sandwich the bootlegger and it's toasted no tuna sandwich to be found. So I call back get in touch with Eddie the manager and he send replacement order, when the replacement order gets here the drive throws the sandwiches at my elderly grandfather and storms off. So I call again to let Eddie know how his employees act fixing the orders they messed up, he apologize and said he'll correct it. Then I open up the replacement order to my sandwiches still being incorrect now none of them toasted no cheese and gets thrown in my face because of their mistakes. Will never spend money at this location again, by far the worst in every aspect

Once again nobody answers the phone for the last 6 hours of the day they take your orders online, charge you $27 for one sandwich say that it'll get there freaky fast and then don't answer the phone for 2 hours at the end of the night I call and call and call and call and call nothing not one time did anyone answer the phone not one time did I get any sort of option on the online thing to cancel the order, we call and call and call and it turns out they close at 9:00 no one answers the phone from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. no one's there nothing, now I have to call in tomorrow and that you took my
last $30 for one sandwich and I didn't get anything I got another two days of dealing with you to get my money back, and looking at the reviews this isn't the only review at this store of your employees just leaving taking the money and leaving and ripping everyone off, you've lost my business for EVER.
So Cynthia was a total life saver today, my mom recently was in a car accident and therefore with out a car, so I had sent her over lunch to her office and I had gotten the address incorrect and she called me to clarify and then delivered it to the correct place. Thank you so Cynthia great service and thx for going the extra mile!!
Nothing like a dry sandwich, even after you order it drenched!
They messed up the first by adding mustard and not adding any of the extras; the second only had part of the extras and was so dry. Definitely won't be going back...
We placed an order with JJ for delivery and it was not freaky fast. I have always ordered from the same location. Tonight I ordered 1 combo and 1 sandwich. The sandwich was not included in what made it to the house. The combo had marked that it was “take out some of the bread” and “cut in half”. That didn’t happen. I also did not get a straw or napkins (that were requested). I received my order about 45 minutes before the store closed. I called 14 times before they closed and either the phone rang off the hook or it was busy for about a 5 minute period. So now I am left with someone Not eating and you have my money! Now this has to be at least a two day issue as I will have to call again tomorrow. You have lost my business over this. I work hard for my money, I will not spend it where I am treated like this. We live in a place where there is a ton of other places to eat.

They are always friendly and helpful. Food is delicious and the store is always clean. I regularly purchase large food orders for events and am never disappointed!
A very off putting, short, pimply, dark haired kid was working, does not have a clue what’s going on and is very rude and creepy. Jimmy John’s used to have standards, is it this hard to find work these days? The girl there was doing her best, but he was the one making sandwiches and not well.
No one greets you. Twice now I am my gf have walked in at the counter and no one says anything. This is worthless. These kids suck and do not need a job. Online order can even include napkins when I press the button for them. And you have the audacity to tell me to have a good day? I've stood there for over 3 minutes while workers talk to each other. Hate this location especially the workers
Waiting over an hour and a half for a delivery order is not cool. This isn’t the first time this has happened through this location either.
