Very disappointed with my order today. I ordered the Little John #5 with SALAMI, CAPOCOLLO, PROVOLONE, ONION, LETTUCE, TOMATO, OIL & VINEGAR, & OREGANO-BASIL as described on their website. I made a couple modifications of extra cheese, no lettuce, no onion and adding mustard and Avocado spread. The sandwich I got is entirely cheese and tomatoes with oregano. That is quite the rip-off for the extra money I spent on this sandwich. How can you forget the meat???

Today my son and I were in the drive through when my car battery died (and the car was running). Dan was so sweet. He said he had jumper cables in his car to help me. He took his headset off, went and got his car and pulled it into the drive though to jump my battery. Dan went above and beyond for me today and I truly appreciate him and his servant heart. Thank you Dan!!!!

Don't normally post, but my dude Yaseen went above and beyond today.
Pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by a friendly and pleasant gentleman who took my order. As I pulled up to the window I could see someone making my sandwich.
Turns out it was the same guy who took my order, he also made my sandwich and took my payment. I asked him if he was working by himself (concerned about his safety) and he immediately apologized for taking so long making my order.
I tried telling him I wasn't complaining, but he insisted on giving me a bag of chips to make up for it.
I wanted to leave a tip ( to pay for the chips) but he told me their system won't allow that on credit card purchases.
I got his name off my receipt: Yaseen. A real asset there. Great attitude, hard worker, delivering exceptional customer service. Haven't even eaten my sandwich yet, had to post this first. Thanks Yaseen!

Absolutely disgusting. This place should be closed for fraudulent sales as they are selling garbage, not food. Next time I think of Jimmy Johns, I'll eat out of the trash can instead.

Went here today and there was only 1 person working the entire store Dan. While it took longer than normal this guy was working so hard & as fast as he could all the while with a pleasant attitude!!! Jimmy John’s give this man a raise!!!

This is supposed to be a #7 it didn’t have the other meat or cheese that it comes with it took 20 min to get it. This location literally is the worst. I come here all the time because it’s close to my job at the hospital, but terrible one day it took 50 min in the drive thru. That’s my whole lunch hour! They constantly get stuff wrong terrible terrible terrible

We came in with a big group of people and all started ordering, in total it took about 20 minutes for everyone to order. At the end we noticed nobody had their sandwiches yet and the employees weren’t making anything. The manager rudely told us that she was waiting UNTIL we had paid to make a single sandwich. In total a trip that shouldn’t have taken more than 20 minutes took over an hour!

This is absolutely amazing location. Every time we are in the area we eat here. I get the chicken ceaser wrap. Its prefect size and not to heavy on my stomach.

I take my two kids on Thursdays to k get jimmy John’s for good behavior typically not this location but it was on the way so we stopped. The child running the register was incapable of taking the order from my son 8 years old so I stepped in to end the difficult confusion the employee was struggling with.

Very very simply order turkey jalapeño ranch and cheese on one side none on the other cut in half wrap separate as I have 2 kids…….. this employee told me it can’t be done and when I asked why he said they won’t cut it I asked if he had a knife in the kitchen used for cutting and he said no… meanwhile mad mortigan from willow standing behind him was literally sucking on his fingers for an uncomfortable amount of time and when he noticed me watching his ridiculous behavior he felt brave enough to confront me …. Haha I won’t get into how that could have gone poorly for him real quick.. I opted to leave and not hand over my money to this terribly run facility..
cooperate and store level managment u may want to get this store in line

We placed an over the phone order tonight, waited almost an hour and it never arrived, We called and told them, they said they delivered it to the front porch(even though we checked front and back doors, no food)He said he would remake it and deliver it, waited 30 more minutes and still nothing.We called AGAIN and another person answered and told us the delivery driver didn't believe us that it was not delivered and he never remade it or sent it out. We finally just asked for a refund...Both people who answered the phone were rude and had 0 customer service and i'm super disappointed.Just wanted a sandwich haha....
