Had a really bad experience with our order last night. It was a $50 + Order and we could barely even eat it. I am extremely disappointed I paid that much for what I received. It was made wrong, arrived soggy, and wasn’t even what we ordered

The first time eating here will never go back waste of money overprised, and they give you absolutely nothing in your sandwich paid twelve dollars 41 little piece of meat and cheese, a little bit of lettuce, not worth your time... You guys fooled me once got my money, you will never get it again. i got the Jimmy Joon sub, one little piece of meat folded over here. Terrible, guys terrible. This is why jersey mikes and porta subs is busy... I've even had better at subway

Ordered a #10 no lettuce tomato, jalapeno chips. Got a #9 unwich with BBQ chips .. I don't know about you but wasting my work lunch to go back just doesn't seem economical

Employees seemed annoyed that I was in there even though it was normal lunch time. The food was terrible, bland bread, barely any meat and the chips were somehow flavorless and stale. The value for your money will go farther at any other restaurant in the area.

I Never come to this location and never will again. Came in to order 3 sandwiches and all of them were wrong and missing items. Got a whole 2 pieces of meat on each sandwich . Person making them was in slow motion like she didn’t know what she was doing and no one was helping her. What a waste of $35.
This store is not up to standard.

Hardly any meat on my#16. Very disappointing. There was no meat the last 2.5 inches of the sub and where there was meat, they were pretty much half slices of the turkey. And charge $1.10 for cheese when almost every other sandwich comes with it for the same price... I won't be eating here anymore.

This store lately has been super slow and not very good customer service. I went through the first time and it was slow and sent a complaint in. They assured me that it would change. I went through today and it was still at least a slow and poor customer service. Very unhappy. There’s no freaky fast anymore at that store

Please share with JJ MGR, more than most branches I've been, this one gives me the weakest product, least amount of meat, today, they almost cut the sandwich in half, having to tear the bottom piece of bread. This is not the first time I've been disappointed there but will be the last. I urge you to visit other sites, maybe it's me.

Very disappointed with my order today. I ordered the Little John #5 with SALAMI, CAPOCOLLO, PROVOLONE, ONION, LETTUCE, TOMATO, OIL & VINEGAR, & OREGANO-BASIL as described on their website. I made a couple modifications of extra cheese, no lettuce, no onion and adding mustard and Avocado spread. The sandwich I got is entirely cheese and tomatoes with oregano. That is quite the rip-off for the extra money I spent on this sandwich. How can you forget the meat???

Today my son and I were in the drive through when my car battery died (and the car was running). Dan was so sweet. He said he had jumper cables in his car to help me. He took his headset off, went and got his car and pulled it into the drive though to jump my battery. Dan went above and beyond for me today and I truly appreciate him and his servant heart. Thank you Dan!!!!

Don't normally post, but my dude Yaseen went above and beyond today.
Pulled up to the drive thru and was greeted by a friendly and pleasant gentleman who took my order. As I pulled up to the window I could see someone making my sandwich.
Turns out it was the same guy who took my order, he also made my sandwich and took my payment. I asked him if he was working by himself (concerned about his safety) and he immediately apologized for taking so long making my order.
I tried telling him I wasn't complaining, but he insisted on giving me a bag of chips to make up for it.
I wanted to leave a tip ( to pay for the chips) but he told me their system won't allow that on credit card purchases.
I got his name off my receipt: Yaseen. A real asset there. Great attitude, hard worker, delivering exceptional customer service. Haven't even eaten my sandwich yet, had to post this first. Thanks Yaseen!
