The customer service probably the worst and i used to work at papa johns and other sub places for 4 years. I went in at 2:55pm well after the lunch rush and let them know about my online order. I got nothing but attitude from what i guess were the workers coming off shift. Quietly waited for my order. Was just given my sandwich and pretty much had to gather the rest of my stuff for my combo on my own. Bags were behind the counter so I wasn’t going to be THAT customer that reaches behind the counter. Anyway, I grabbed all my items in arms and left. This is literally the reason why i order online. To not have to deal with people who clearly hate their job.

Longest wait I have had in the JJ's drive-thru and there was only one car in front of us. Also got my chips and they were regular chips in a saltnvinegar bag!

We waited in the drive-through for over 20 minutes just to reach the window. When we got there, we were told they lost the order. I get mistakes can happen, but why wouldn’t you come out and get the orders again rather than waiting for each person to get to the window to only start all the way over. Please do better.

Does anyone actually work here? Two times I’ve driven through the drive thru, nobody took my order. Peeked my head inside and I didn’t see anyone tonight. Wasted like five minutes of my life sitting there hoping I could get a friggen sandwich.

Placed many orders here and have given many attempts to try and get a decent sandwich here, and never once been delivered. Speaking of deliveries, we live 5 minutes down the road and if we get our delivery, it takes over an hour and the ingredients are always low tier quality. This place is terrible. I will drive out of my way to go to any other jimmy John’s because the way this place is ran is terrible. Sorry for the review, but after an attempted delivery today, a false “delivered” status, and no answer from the store, we are done with this place. Take your money anywhere but here.

Was about 2/3rds through my Sammy when this lovely gem brushed my upper lip. Was it gross? Absolutely it was but not nearly as gross as the appalling customer service and disgusting attitude of the “ manager “ of this location. Not only was I not given any solution to the issue but I was also hung up 3 different times. Until the delivery driver answered the phone and was extremely apologetic and even offered to remake the sandwich and bring my money back. I did forgo the sandwich but gladly took my cash back. I would have liked to take this directly to the owner/operator not due to the hair but due to your “ manager “ having an absolute trash attitude and disrespect towards customers. Unfortunately none of your employees have a contact for you so here we are. Corporate would be one thing but being a franchised store I certainly wouldn’t want or allow this type of behavior from a manager protecting my investment.

Now THIS is extra bacon! Most places skimp out on the extras but jimmy johns is more than happy to help.My experience while ordering through their drive through was purely average. Talked to an unenthisiastic minimum wage employee to order food. I would have appreciated a little more excitement at least to the customers but I don't judge because I get it.For food, they are pretty consistent and had absolutely no issue with my extra bacon blt. For a pretty busy morning I was very impressed by their drive through.Overall, I recommend having some food here for a quick sandwich.

Don't get delivery at this location. I tipped online and when I checked my account they tripled the amount I left. Tried to call but no one cared. Only use cash here or they will charge you card whatever they want.

I usually come here about once to twice a week for a Bootlegger, I came in today and there was 6 people behind the counter including the MOD, There was no greeting as I came in or stepped up to the counter employees behind the counter would rather stare at a guest than greet them and when my sandwich was put up on a shelf the manager said It was over there and pointed when I asked which one it was I got full attitude from the Manager as she said "It's the only one up there" on the shelf with the sandwich was a bunch of other wrapped items. Due to a lack of a welcoming environment, which I usually am greeted and treated respectfully at this store and attitude from out of left feild from the manager I will not be returning to this Jimmy John's Location. There was only 1 other guest in the dining room and the Drive-thru only had 2 cars in the window during my visit. I've been into busier stores during Peak Lunch Hour and have been treated better than this. If I could rate lower than a 1 star based off today's visit, I would.

Only had JJ one time! Was jus ok ! Thought I'd give it another shot cause I've been seeing the wraps!!! Yum.Tough choice on Thai chicken or Jalapeños chicken ranch (something like that). Any who picked the Thai Chicken ?Sad they were out of the wonton strips but settled for the crispy Jalapeños! Yum yumStaff was friendly an big thanks to the person who made my wrap!!DelishSad, I didn't get an oatmeal cookie ?!!

Hands down the best sandwiches I've had from Jimmy Johns! I ordered online and the two people working behind the counter were extremely kind. They even cut our sandwiches in half!!!!!! Great food! Incredible customer service. Thank you for all that you do!!!!!

Do not go to this location! I have never been treated the way we were treated at a fast food. The doors were locked for some weird reason & it was a drive-thru only, & cell service didn't work in the parking lot for us to look at the menu so my permit driver son & I went through the drive-thru (which you usually have to rush in & can't take time reading the menu) & I immediately saw a particular sandwich that worked really well for my specialized autoimmune diet, only having to remove 3 items from it. We ordered 4 sandwiches. When we pulled up the young person taking our order couldn't have been more polite & kind but while I was paying I watched the (older) sandwich maker making an unwich (assuming it was mine) and I realized she put additional ingredients on from what was listed, that I can't eat. She brought the bag to us & I think I was extremely polite & I asked if she had put those ingredients on b/c I can't have those & I didn't realize they came on the sandwich (mayo & tomato). When you can read body language & tell something is off, we already suspected something didn't seem right before she even came to the car but I knew immediately when she was staring at me as I asked my questions that she was angry. She said nastily "all sandwiches come with those ingredients". We did not realize that there were more ingredients on the sandwich other than what was listed on the drive-thru menu fot that sandwich. So I kind of stammered & I said well I can't eat this & I'm really sorry I misunderstood but ... she cut me off & said "give it to me" which really flustered my young permit driver son so when he pulled out the wrong sandwich she snapped at him "no" & when he pulled out the right one she literally yanked it out of his hand & turned and raised her hand completely as high as it went over her head & slammed the sandwich into a trash can. No exaggeration! It was beyond absurd, she threw it as hard as she could into the trash can knowing we were sitting there watching b/c for some reason this Jimmy John's has them making sandwiches right there at the drive-thru window w/the big trash can & the cash register all right there at the window, which remained open. We didn't know what to do. She remade a new sandwich & came back & literally tossed it at my son, which was totally uncalled for, & I started to say I was really sorry I didn't understand that other ingredients went on every sandwich and before I got even 5 words out she looked at me directly & slammed the glass door shut & walked away in the midst of me talking & trying to apologize. It was really unbelievable and happened a couple days ago & I'm still shocked at being treated like that. We were polite & kind & didn't do anything to deserve that. This was more than just somebody having a bad day, this is somebody who shouldn't be in that job & has no business working in customer service, & based upon all of the other bad reviews for this location that I now see, there's something very wrong at this location & the management must be extremely poor & they don't care b/c this seems to be an ongoing issue for them. There are too many other Jimmy John's to go to in the near vicinity so don't waste your time at this one!!
