It's unreal that it cost $18 for a sub, chips and a drink. They wonder why it's always dead.. (great staff BTW)
Called me to inform me they were canceling my order because they can’t even complete a simple delivery for one sandwich and one beverage less than 1500 feet away. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be bringing my business here again.

OVER AN HOUR LATE after I ordered it in advance (ordered at 11:00 for delivery 11:45-12:00... showed up AFTER 12:45). Called and asked about the food at 12:40 and the man was SO RUDE and condescending! Literally told me "you're not the only person who ordered food during lunch time today". I asked for some type of compensation for the terrible service - like a refund or at least a free cookie or something - he says "I can call the driver and have her bring your food back here... then I can give you a refund for it." What a jerk.

Outrageous rip-off prices on meditranian wraps. Not worth. Absolutely stay away.
I ordered $60 worth of food. My sandwich did not taste as fresh as they normally do, they forgot my oatmeal cookie and gave me old pesto pasta. Very disappointed and upset

Freaky slow. My friends ordered from Qdoba and ate it before my wrap was ready. Disappointing.

We go here quite frequently and they are the biggest sandwiches compared to other locations. Usually, we have no issues with our order, and this time, We did have a small issue and I went back and they fixed it immediately. I highly recommend this place!

I spent $58.** here last week and what a disappointment. Missing half the meat, no cheese, no lettuce, cucumber etc. The entire order was awful. Not sure how sandwiches can be so messed up. Not sure why the food locations in Southlands fall so short. Should be easy to offer good service and decent food.

Placed specific instructions for food that were not followed. When I called to ask about it, the manager was not apologetic. I will never use the JJ on prospect in Aurora again.

Hours of Operation state that the store opens at 10am and delivery is available at 10am.
Order placed at 10:54am, on a Thursday, for ASAP delivery.
Store is 1.6 miles away from our home.
Called store at 11:34am, said delivery driver “had just left with your order”.
It is 12:15pm and still no delivery. 1 hour 21 min since order placed, 41 min since we were told he had just left the store. Which, again, is 1.6 miles away.
I do not think that is reasonable.
This is a complaint about upper-mgmt/owners, not the staff - who were all terrific. The bathroom setup is EXTREMELY unsanitary. It's impossible to grab paper towels without touching dirty surfaces. Also, the faucets do not turn on for long enough. They turn off by the time you get soap in your hand. If you do automatic water, it needs to stay on for at least 45 seconds to allow a rinse, soap dispense, 20 seconds of lather/scrub, and rinse again. Also, on that note, the hand washing instructions offer entirely false information suggesting one only needs to scrub/lather with soap for 10-15 seconds. Wrong. That needs to be 20.Basically, washing your hands in this bathroom will leave them less sanitary than if you had not washed them all. Also, this is not a note on cleanliness. The lobby and bathrooms looked great and wete clean. It's that the hand washing setup designed by cheap upper-mgmt/owners is terrible.

Wheat bread crust was hard, eggs in potato salad were either extremely over cooked or old because they were very hard, as well as the oatmeal cookie that tasted like it was packaged last year, but has an expiration date of Dec 24( 9 months from now?!?!?!?!?!) Interesting!Just a bit grossed out after this meal….$50 dollars later

Bread looked moldy and had dust particles on it. Jimmy John's has gone downhill big time. Will never eat at Jimmy John's again.
