They are hit or miss for me. We order JJ’s quite frequently and I always get the #1 and ask for xtra, xtra, xtra, xtra, xtra, xtra, xtra lettuce. The other week, they delivered the holy grail of xtra lettuce (pic on right)! It was amazing! Today, it’s just normal lettuce (pic on left). 😒

I will probably never go back to Jimmy Johns because of how disappointed I was with the lack of quality. I always order the veggie sub and they barely put any veggies on a little looking sandwich, and they didn't have the house mustard. I just felt like I wasted $11.

Store Manager Steffano is amazing. I unfortunately had an issue with an order. He took full ownership and remade the order. He was professional, courteous and very friendly. The store is clean every time I visit and orders are consistent.

Went in and had the most lovely service from Moxxy, Matthew and Ramon. Food was great, place was clean and again the staff was top notch! Thank you again for the great experience.
I ordered food for delivery, and waited for 30 minutes before calling the store back and finding out that they dispatched the order through a 3rd party, thus negating “freaky fast” delivery. I also never got my order, and the store refused to remake it since they closed 8 minutes prior. I really usually like JJ, but I’ll never go back to this location. Pretty disappointed in their customer service skills. Perhaps some retraining is needed.

Called me to inform me they were canceling my order because they can’t even complete a simple delivery for one sandwich and one beverage less than 1500 feet away. Absolutely ridiculous. I will never be bringing my business here again.

OVER AN HOUR LATE after I ordered it in advance (ordered at 11:00 for delivery 11:45-12:00... showed up AFTER 12:45). Called and asked about the food at 12:40 and the man was SO RUDE and condescending! Literally told me "you're not the only person who ordered food during lunch time today". I asked for some type of compensation for the terrible service - like a refund or at least a free cookie or something - he says "I can call the driver and have her bring your food back here... then I can give you a refund for it." What a jerk.
