Best local digs! We always passed by JJ’s and it never stood out in a major way probably mostly because of the location, tucked on the side of main road… but we are so glad to have decided to stop in! The atmosphere is laid back and inclusive of all walks of life. The music is fun and surprising with its diversity, and they also have a jukebox so you can put on your faves. 2 pool tables just $1 per game and a sweet outdoor patio too. This place appears to be geared more towards their “regulars”. It was annoyingly loud and the vibe was very PBR type place even though it is in the middle of a city. My wife and friends were a little uncomfortable to be honest. Seating was abysmal next to the pool tables. Lots of people had “saved” tables with bags or pool cues. The food was ok. The wings were a little on the small and dry side. The fries were actually pretty great. The reuben was missing sauce and had...
Not sure what happened to my review that I recently posted but I'm doing this again to let everybody know this is a great establishment. Enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was great I definitely have plans on going back.
