Absolutely amazing experience..I haven't been to a Joe's Crab Shack in years but I'm so glad I came today. The service has been exceptional, the food was out impressively quickly and everything was perfect. My waiter Dillon has been beyond amazing! I feel like I'm getting the Oprah experience! The management is also incredibly friendly and does a great with her fantastic team of employees. Would suggest this place to anyone that appreciates hard work, and dedication. Tip them well!!!!!!

We haven’t been able to visit a Joe’s Crab in a while. Our local one was shut down in Oklahoma. That one was a special place to us so when I found one near us in CO we definitely had to go. The place was a little bare, but very clean! The waitress Faith was amazing and if wasn’t for her friendliness we may not have enjoyed it as much! Hopefully they’ll be able to add some more modernization and also bring back the souvenirs. I really hated we couldn’t buy a shirt for my daughter or any gifts for family. The crab legs were amazing as always though.

The district manager and Austin, our server, were great. Our second visit was phenomenal and way better than the first. Austin was attentive and personable. Definitely recommend requesting him on your next visit in. The coconut shrimp and the Atlantic for two were exceptional. Overall a great second experience. We'll definitely be back!

I have to say that our experience was made so much better due to our server, Austin. He was personable, thorough, and informative. He gave great suggestions, too! The prices have almost become too high for us to frequent this restaurant - we only come here for special occasions because of the cost. That is unfortunate because we would come more often to be served by Austin. He was a pleasure!

I am extremely disappointed with my visit today. The crablegs were pretty much empty, very sticky and overdone. At first I was going to let it go but as a former manager and owner of a company, I felt I would be doing a disservice if it was not mentioned. Therefore, I requested to speak to the manager. After 20 minutes, she finally came to the table and proceeded to be surprised about the sub par empty crablegs which I saved to show her specifically my issue and concern. She then admitted she has had problems with the supplier and would address it with them. I am wondering if this is the reason the restaurant was empty. I used to love this place and hope they utilize this constructive criticism to get back to how they used to be.

I have been going to this location in Aurora since it opened. Have never been disappointed. My only issue is that you can't get just crab legs or lobster tails with butter. I don't care for the pots or buckets with all the other stuff. Otherwise, it is still great. I would definitely give Raquel, our server and the cook a 10. Service was great, Raquel was very informative, friendly, and checked on us frequently. I had the East Coast Platter and was delicious and prepared just right. Will be back soon.

This place has really gone down hill, the service was bad and the food questionable. Dirty tables and looked like the place hadn't been cleaned in awhile.

Came here when they opened yesterday and the floor was Soo wet I slipped and fell. I'm super surprised that I haven't received a call or anything from someone over the manager. I was calm because I didn't want to make a big deal but I see now that I have to. needless to say I won't be coming back and I'll be sure to let others know how they don't care about their customers

I used to love Joes. It was the best. But over the past several years, there has been a severe decline in quality. In all the ways. Food, service, experience cleanliness, everything. Dungensess crab BBQ style was my favorite. They took it off the menu. Which is so unfortunate because it was the best. Not because they don't have it in the kitchen. But because not enough people ordered it. Ok. Fine. But they still have it. Tonight the manager tried to charge me $100 for dungeness . . . almost 50% more than King crab. Total b******** Beyond being annoyed I couldn't order what I wanted. The food we did order just wasn't that good. The bathrooms hadn't been clean in the last couple months. It was all just bad. Save your money. Eat somewhere else.

We came here for our anniversary dinner as the wife was really wanting to get grab legs and it was amazing! Raquel was an amazing waitress, host, bartender! Yes she had to do all 3 which sucks but she did it with a smile and never skipped a beat! We normally go to the Location up off of Sheridan and Raquel has now made this the location we will go! Thanks for the great service! Ooo and the food was great!

1) slow service & there was only like 4 tables there2) ordered a plate of $30 pasta because I added shrimp to the order... It was served to me completely cold. (no heat at all) my partner's meal was cold as well (Captains Plate)3) drinks were not good at all.... (Very watered down)Extremely disappointing because we have been here before when it has been packed & received better service & hot food so we were expecting to have that same experience. Would have loved to spend that $130 somewhere else. Felt like a complete waste of money.Definitely won't be back.

Food was okay. Had clams and a shrimp plate but the prices are super expensive. For just 3 people the bill before tip was over $100. I know that seafood is flown in but I didn't think that for what you get was worth it and the shrimp fries and hush puppies were all fried. I would probably not come back to this restaurant because it just isn't worth it and the building does not look like it is kept up from the outside.

Disappointed, we ordered dinner for delivery of two shrimp dinners and shrimp and fish dinner. These are like 20 bucks apiece. When we opened then I couldn't believe it, the shrimp was overcooked, and one of the orders only had 5 shrimp and they were small shrimp. The fries and hush puppies were burnt and the little coleslaw containers were only half filled...(this is no kidding, one bite) and my wifes fish was also dry and overdone. Never had a problem from Joe's before. Then the kicker was I called to let them know, the phone rang for a bit, someone answered I asked for a manager and then sat on the phone for ten plus minutes and no one ever came to the phone. Wow.
