The storefront is clean and no matter who is working, they are always friendly and nice. I love the Broccoli Beef lunch combo, which is always a great deal.

We enjoy the food most times when we order from here. Ordered last night we ordered online gave us a time it would be here and it did not arrive on time, I gave them 30 minutes after order should have been delivered I called them and she said sorry they forgot because it got busy and that it would be another 20 minutes for delivery. Finally after 1 hour after it should have been delivered it got here, we decided not to tip because of the long wait and as the delivery driver was walking away he started talking trash to my husband about the tip( well be on time ) after we got our food it was Luke warm and not fresh. Very disappointed in the restaurant and will probably look for something new.

Unfortunately bad experience for us ! We ordered food through restraunt’s website and we have waited 1 and a half hour, then I called them asking when is est. delivery time - I have been told very soon driver is on the way . Then after 1 hour no food - called again and employees have not answered the phone anymore, then I called from my husband’s phone then I have been advised to cancel order because their driver won’t deliver food when it’s more than 6 miles for them ( which they could tell me this 2 hrs ago ) . Very rude and not professional…. customer service 100%.

I am not too sure I like their food. Something about the way it tastes doesn’t really satisfy my taste buds like other Asian places. I would say it’s not going to be on the top of my list of places to eat. That’s a bummer cause they are one of the known places who stay open and deliver as well. But I’ve had it twice last month and both times it was not what I hoped for.

I love the food here when it's properly prepared with quality ingredients it's enjoyable to eat. I recently ordered the sesame chicken about two weeks ago on a weekend. The chicken was fresh, juicy and really good so I decided to order again on Christmas day. I don't know if they were using up day old food or what but the sesame chicken this time was not even recognizable, the pieces were super small HARD crusted pieces of something other than the juicy chicken that I hoped to get. To top it off, the additional egg foo yung I requested had the oddest texture that I have ever seen in my life. Pulling it out the container the two patties on top were perfect, but the third patty hiding underneath broke apart in my fingers when I picked it up it and literally split into multiple pieces in various directions, plus it was super dark...burnt. It resembled overly fried tiny pieces of hay. My thoughts are stale/reused ingredients or something made that patty not like the others. It looked and tasted bad including VERY salty. I go to this place every so often because I do like it when it's done right. Now I'm going to have to take another break from ordering and can hopefully go back again when it's not a holiday. I hate it when restaurants screw you because it's a take out order. I would expect the same quality as an in-person patron. This is a tell tale sign of their indifference with providing quality food when it comes to take out.
Food quality has gone down hill drastically. I retried ordering again, hoping they'd improved. I got Chicken Fried Rice and was even more disappointed. It was very dry, with some hard rice pieces and little chicken. I suspect they cooked it poorly then just left it out. Plus, smaller portions. I went by for lunch but after a few bites, I left. Sorry, but I cannot recommend them
