Sometimes you just need a comfort meal of Ramen after a long day at work and a chilly night. This place is recommended to me and Iām pretty glad they did. The service was a bit slow, but they were also really busy. I decided on the peach Soju and the spicy chicken Ramen. They sold you was good, but it couldāve been better. Had it have been a little bit more tart. The Ramen was really good. There was a lot of big bold flavors, but also I feel as though it couldāve been a little bit more on the savory side seeing as it was a little on the sweet side. The spice was nice. I wouldnāt have mind something a little bit more puncher though, personal preference. I could see myself going back

The food is great and the ambience of the seating area is great, but he warned: the ordering style and the no-nonsense attitude of the staff can be intimidating.
A quick overview of how to order: you are given a sheet of paper and you fill out the quantity of each item you would like (like dim sum if you've ever done that). You then press the 1 button on the order puck located at one end of your table. This will summon your server, and your order will be placed according to that aforementioned sheet of paper.
Regarding the staff: they are very efficient and will be pleasant enough, but their main goal is to give you your food as fast as possible. This means that they won't have that Southern Hospitality vibe you might expect from other restaurants in the area, but know that they aren't trying to be rude. I personally prefer this style of service, since I tend to avoid small talk.

In and out in 30 minutes on a busy Saturday night. Drove 20 minutes for this place due to recommendations and it was some of the best ramen we ever had. Definitely get the pork gyoza, black garlic tonkotsu ramen, and tonkotsu ramen.

The food is amazing. Specifically the black garlic tonkatsu ramen. The space is cozy and often full. Theyāre usually busy, so the service is somewhat minimal, but by no means bad!
