Staff is unfriendly, and the cashier is even worse, They may have so many customers that they run out of courtesy, good seasoning, and most importantly, service. Pay attention yo your tickets because they like to slip in extra charges for no reason and unwanted tip. This is not the first time.

This place is a solid 2, take that as you will, but it's not good. The additional loss for me is the audacity of calling a place "cajun grill" and then serving what is essentially just Asian cuisine. At least the Asian Cajun puts cajun seasoning in their Asian food to make it SORTA like cajun food, but there's nothing cajun about Kelly's Cajun Grill.

The noodles tasted old along with the rice. The two different chicken entrees that I got were not good at all. The beef and brocclli was old and the orange chicken was nasty. The only thing good was the shrimp.

I used to go to Cajun Grill when it was in the ParkMeadows in Centennial. I went to this location for the second time. Terrible!!!!! I went the first time and the bourbon chicken was burnt. I gave it a 2nd chance and to be honest the service is terrible. One of the ladies serving seems to not want to be there. So her customer service is bad. The person cooking in the back is staring at you like "what do you want"? Food, bourbon chicken has the sauce but it's dry and cold, the fish, taste like if it came from a can, the shrimp was ok, the rice is as bad as the rest. The only good thing was the onion in the shrimp. I paid $19 for trash. I could of gone to Famous Wok or Popeyes. I do not recommend this place.BTW. The two times I've been there is always empty. People know better.

What I want to know, is why this place is called a Cajun grill? There's not one single item on the menu that is Cajun. Not even remotely. I went to this place in the food court of the Aurora mall, all excited to have some Cajun food. Guess what? It's Chinese Food. Just like the vendor across the court. When I asked the person working about it, she had no answer. Chinese food is a dime a dozen. Based on my disappointment, I would give negative Stars if I could.
