They got our order entirely wrong, we received an extra Mac and cheese instead of two mash potatoes like we ordered and they forgot the cheese on the bowl. Absolutely awful

They mixed up our Mac cheese with Coleslaw. Food was old and over cooked. Chicken was old and biscuits were hard as rocks. And the gravy for the mashed potatoes was watered down and soup-like. Paid over $30 for this.

I dont think they even deserve 1 star maybe a 1/2 I don't think they have the recipe for KFC it was horrible i think I should have read the reviews before going to this location as they have some horrible reviews i think the owners need to inspect this location!!! I have never tasted KFC like this i called to complain to the manager and she was not very nice she did stand up for her cook I don't think she has ever eaten her onw store's food however I believe she needs to teach them how to cook.

The wait can be super long in the drive thru and inside. Last time I was there, the line in the drive thru was so long that we went inside. The wait was half an hour. This location is always slow though. It's just closer to me.

This place was a mess. Lobby was trashed, people came in to cancel their order( probably due to how long it took to get their order) and then mine was canceled along with it. Once I brought it to their attention it was made correctly and promptly. Order to eatting time was probably 20 minutes. Damn that lobby was a mess.
KFC is always a treat! Went through the drive through and ordered with Amber, she was very friendly and nice. Thanks for the awesome experience at KFC.

This location has a violent employee whose first name begins with a D. I was truly terrified for mine and my children's safety. The General Manager was nice and attempted to intervene. However the individual had verbally assaulted me by this point. Thankfully we were only visiting but I will never feel comfortable walking in to that building again. I strongly caution people to stay away especially with children or those he would physically capable of harming.

$14 for a chalupa meal? You can't be serious!!! It's advertised online for $5.89. Taco Bell is NOT worth $14 a plate! Check yourselves.

I really like this place. The staff is nice and unless it's lunch time it usually isn't crazy busy. It's just steady. We stopped by there today and I felt bad for the nice gentlemen at the register. He was doing his best to keep up, but it was lunch time and not everyone was patient. He did a great job of keeping a smile and pressing forward though. Overall, the food was fresh, it was hot, and other than a little wait, at which I expect at any place at lunch time, it was good. :)
