Honestly this location surprised me. The KFC near my house and where I used to live in the springs ALWAYS has hard/old food. No matter what time of day I go so I was pleasantly surprised when I took my roommate to the emergency room(across the street) and was hungry while waiting. I was served super fast and the fries actually burned me haha. The chicken was ever so slightly old but it was minor. Best KFC visit I've had in years

The KFC located on E Mississippi St in Aurora Co provided amazing service for my catering order for my company Thanksgiving potluck. The date needed in the order was wrong. I called to confirm 1 hr before going to pick up and they said no worries they would have it in time. They did and everything was Great. The customer service was Outstanding.

This is the 3rd time their cashier Ariel has the worst attitude in this place. No greeting, no smile, rude as hell and won't give you what you ask her. We always have to ask more than once for hot sauce and she literally gives us 1 or 2 and God forbid we ask for more because the attitude she throws after that is crazy. She definitely needs a lesson on customer service. Will not go here anymore. Shouldn't be in a customer service job with that kind of attitude.
