I'm going to give them 5 stars today. They went out of their way to correct a problem with my chicken. Made it fresh and hot. I walked in thinking they were going to argue and give me a hard time. They were very nice, very courteous. Replace my order and gave me a welcoming in and out.

Best customer service I've had at a KFC! The manager, Juan, was enthusiastic and very kind. The service was also quick and efficient. The food was fresh as well. We will definitely be coming back to this location instead of the one closer to our home.

Honestly this location surprised me. The KFC near my house and where I used to live in the springs ALWAYS has hard/old food. No matter what time of day I go so I was pleasantly surprised when I took my roommate to the emergency room(across the street) and was hungry while waiting. I was served super fast and the fries actually burned me haha. The chicken was ever so slightly old but it was minor. Best KFC visit I've had in years
