From the moment I walked in, Erick greeted me with a warm smile that instantly made me feel welcome. His enthusiasm was amazing as he took my order, making sure to double-check for any specific requests. Not only was he efficient in processing the orders, but he also went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in the restaurant was satisfied. His attention to detail was truly impressive. He made sure our food was prepared exactly as requested and even took the time to check back with us to see if we needed anything else. His genuine care for the customers was clearly there. Despite a busy rush, he remained calm, handling each order with a smile. It was clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely enjoys ensuring that customers have a great experience. 10/10.
