I once ate a chicken dish in the evening and was very tired afterwards, and the food had no taste

Lousy chicken and customer service. The lady didn’t even give me everything I ordered. I ordered a 6 piece she gave me 6 drumsticks like who does that. $20 for some stale chicken. Never again.

Ordered 12 PC. Something was off with the flavor. The oil almost seemed rancid and my body rejected the 4 pcs I ate within 20 minutes. I was really disappointed since this chain is generally pretty good.

We got chicken tenders, biscuits, potato wedges, and a corn dog. All of the food was good. We plan to go back again, just for the food.

Horrible. I ordered through GrubHub and was told by the driver there was one cook and he was on break. Didn’t get the Jambalaya, didn’t get the Macaroni and Cheese and didn’t get tarter sauce for my fish. Bet disappointed after waiting 90 minutes for the food.
Absolutely atrocious. Dead serious I think canned dog food would be better. Waste of money.

I have ordered food from this place 4 times via DoorDash. The first time, I got my food without any issue. The second time, they wanted *me* to cancel the order because they were out of food- even though a customer cancellation does not result in a refund. The DoorDash driver explained to them why that was a bad idea and they eventually agreed to fulfill the order. The third time, they cancelled my order after 30 minutes.And about 5 minutes ago, my fourth attempt also resulted in a cancellation after a 30 minute wait. I don't trust this place anymore. It doesn't matter how good their food is- The service is frankly atrocious. Whenever another place is out of food, they just don't accept the order, but this place will take your money and *then* realize they don't have any food for you, which means refunds and frustrated customers and it's just bad. Do not order from this place.
