After waiting for over 15 mins., I didn’t even get to place an order because the two women working the front were so unorganized. One of them was simultaneously making plates, taking calls, leaving food uncovered and touching multiple surfaces while doing all of that. The area in front where some plates are made was very sloppy and unkempt. I saw a man put rice on a plate with his bare hands when the curtain was partially opened and the same man was bringing orders out of the kitchen. Customers were sitting at tables and standing in line wondering where their orders were. This place is very understaffed. The service used to be good at this location; please fix these issues.

I tried the Korean Chicken and Garlic Chicken, both we extremely dry and practically inedible. The Mac salad had no flavor. Maybe I was there on a off day but this was some of the worst food I've ever eaten out.

This place used to be such a great place to eat but i recently got a Katsu plate and the chicken was so hard I couldn’t eat it. Also both times I’ve recently gotten something at this place the cashiers have had such horrible attitudes

The music is on 💯. Some of the best homemade style kimchi 🤤 I've ever had. Very authentic. And their Uncle Avery's Beef Stew 🍲 is to die for. Generally healthy food too!

I bought the adobo with rice and edamame, and asked for a side of the broth. I have gotten this several times before without issue, but this time there were bits of pink inside of the pork, and I got incredibly sick an hour or so after eating. Everything I ate from here came back up, I'm pretty sure the pork was undercooked and they gave me food poisoning. Will drive an extra 30 minutes to avoid this location.
