Lucho is just the best! Great guy! Very friendly and an excellent cook. The food was just delicious! We had Sandwiche de Churrasco and a side of sweet plantains. Perfection!

TERRIBLE FAST FOOD TRUCK!!!! They went to the final of the Copa America and were not prepared at all. I get to the window and there are only sausages and tacos. ON AN ARGENTINE FOOD TRUCK!!! Outside of that they only had those 2 options. Below I leave the menu so you can see everything they are supposed to sell. The girl was trying to do everything possible but how could they think of taking only 2 people and only 1 to attend. The food is very expensive and terrible!!! Some salchipapas that had no sauce or salt or ANYTHING, 2 miserable pieces of chorizo ​​and one didn't even have cheese and the other the cheese was already all cold and massy. For that, I better make one at home and bring it with me. But it can't be that they charge $14 for such a bad and simple dish. Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough about how wonderful this food truck was! The service was so friendly and personable, was able to talk with Lucho himself. He made me a custom quesadilla that blew my mind, best I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!

The best restaurant in Denver seriously. The people are so friendly and the food is amazing.One thing I need to mention is that Google shows wrong open hours. Mondays are closed.Tuesdays, Wednesday, and Thursdays 3pm to 10 pmFridays and Saturdays 11am to 10 pm.
