First time eating here — first impressions matter. I arrived at 11am and the restaurant had a nice setup with a center area and a stage. There was a kid playing saxophone, which was actually pretty cool but a bit too loud — he even walked between the tables while playing. But afterwards he went around collecting money, which felt uncomfortable, so I gave him something. The food was okay but a bit plain. Then a random man came around selling beef jerky, followed by what I assume was his daughter selling the same thing. I came here to eat, not to be repeatedly approached by vendors. Very uncomfortable. I won't be coming back

Went with friends and they ordered a breakfast for me. So I dont know its name. It had beef and beans, it had chips covered with some sauce 1/2red 1/2green 2 eggs some white cheese like stuff. It was nice. The place looked really clean inside ( EVEN THOUGHITS ON COLFAX) Don't let the neighborhood bother you. Oh I also got some dessert thing they had at the front door 😁 this is took a picture of when I got home, so I could show my sister . Oh i think it will be nice with ice cream tomorrow snack

Carne en jugo was my favorite dish when I came not too much meat and not too much beans but over all waiters were really nice and the manger even asked me how the food was, eating here was truly an amazing experience and will definitely go again!

Server was nice and friendly but one of the dishes carnes en su jugo had barely any meat in it and they said they could not do anything about it didn’t even try to make it better it was $22 for that disappointing. Other food we ordered was good though.

I order carne en su jugo they literally put 5 pieces of carne and a little pieces of bacon the whole thing was most beans. The menu is incorrect it should be listed as “Frijoles en su jugo”. Only give one star because the waiter was nice.
