Girl at the counter was more interested in being on her phone than anything. Anyways we got tacos, torta and a chicken quesadilla. Nothing was memorable. The tacos had zero flavor and chunks of fat with the meat. The carne asada torta was thin and left much to be desired. The quesadilla came with a small salad and the roja salsa was not edible. $34 later I was disappointed.

Great food, horrible customer service from the cashier ( the light skin young one). And it hasn’t changed since they opened will stop going for a while then go back because the food is great, but her attitude never changes. Ownership I hope you see this. I guarantee you you’re losing money out because of this young lady you have issues.

I work right across the way at a store in the same plaza. A month ago I online ordered, and the business took 20 from my account, I managed to get it back from a third party. Today I order Birria and she did not ask me specify which kind which led to me getting a tub of it with a tortilla. For 17 dollars. How would you expect someone working to eat that??? I really want to like this place, but the service and inability to provide any sort of help to a customer will keep me from ever going back. There’s trucks up and down Quincy with cheaper, better tacos that would exchange if they messed up the ordering process.

$17 for a smothered burrito that was bland, no flavor at all. The salsas had no flavor, tortilla was stall hard to cut with knife. Service was very unorganized, and slow. I wouldn't go back.

I was excited to try this place… unfortunately I’ll never be coming back. Food was good but service was absolutely terrible. Since we stepped foot inside the establishment, the cashier gave us a dirty look and made us feel very unwelcome. It took her more than 5 minutes to acknowledge we were there and to talk to us, even though we were the only ones in the restaurant at the time. While we sat down and ate our food, all of the cooks came out of the kitchen, sat at a booth opposite of us and just stared at us the whole time… talk about feeling super uncomfortable. I will never come back to this place again… maybe another one of their locations but definitely not this one.
