The locale is nice and clean. The atmosphere was okay, not much going on. The service I received from two women was flat, did not make any effort at welcoming nor at all concerned with any type of customer satisfaction. She took my order, gave me my product, and continued to remain out of sight. The banana split I had was the worst tasting and most expensive banana split that I have had. It was just like the service, flat. Three small scoops of ice cream, a dash of whipped cream, barely drizzles of fudge, and a single maraschino cherry. It was pathetic for $12. I will not return to that establishment nor do I recommend it to anyone.

This shaved ice is very delicious, but the service needs attention, me and my mother and the lady there with the carota came in and she wanted us both to be ready before making my shaved ice but then she saw my mother that she was not ready and she went back to make my order. This was our first time full because from the outside the place looks super inviting and beautiful but inside it is more beautiful only the customer service which is super horrible. I also work in customer service and I would never treat my people like that in my store. Neither “hello” nor “good afternoon” nothing until we ordered very badly! It's a pity that everything looks appetizing

Whatever you are doing differently, DON'T DO IT!! We usually come from Smokin Hill because they were the only place where their elotes in glass tasted delicious, and it seems that they changed their “chilito” they had a very acidic flavor almost like Tajín (no problem with Tajín only that Tajín is not for all types of snacks ) We went back to ask and they just stirred the corn and told him there was nothing different, instead of offering to change it. Unfortunately they ended up in the trash can, I wasn't going to fight for a refund, maybe I'm not a regular customer, but if they continue like this, believe me, their customers will soon start leaving.
