The pino coloada didnt even get me buzzed, and I nearly never drink. 1 or 2 beers is all it takes. Kinda dissapointing. The whole fish with garlic or spicy is amazing tho, salsa too. Best fish in the city. Wish they did salmon like that.

I usually come here when I’m in the area. I was sitting on my table waiting for my order I see two roaches running across the table. Appetite went away instantly. I told our waitress what happened she seemed embarrassed( to the eye) but just brushed it off. I wanted to leave immediately but we still got charged anyway. Never coming back and not recommending at all

This place has been getting worse in service and the food dont taste the same. Everyone had the runs after eating here.

Las Islas vibe, is like being in your back patio with great food, the very talented singers often come with their guitars and sing a song to you, for a small $10 fee, the food is fresh, and the empanadas are a must have, if your looking for your classic Michelada you will find it here, they freeze the glass so is super cold, the bartenders are fast, and they have a high energy vibe, my favorite amongst its Alex, his a must meet, easy to talk to and vibe with, live proof is not just the looks but the personality that stands out.eat on.. people!...

Un restaurante con variedad de mariscos buen sazón buenas micheladas el ambiente está más o menos, los baños de los hombres es un asco total vomito en la taza pisos no papel de baño no toallas para secarse las manos con solo entrar ahí se me arruinó el apetito ojalá los dueños pongan poco más atención en eso .

Karaoke is great , margaritas are yummy, and the people is so nice

Decided to try this place for the first time and was really disappointing.It was around 2pm and we were the only table there. We ordered a shrimp and octopus aguachile to share and after 30 min. they bring out the dish with no octopus and added squid and clams instead. We were really craving octopus and my husband is not a big fan of other seafood. We ask: Where’s the octopus? and the waitress (Fernanda) was like Oh we don’t have any. I’m sorry…what? So not only are you bringing us something we didn’t ask for but you also didn’t think to tell us the kitchen was out of this. We could’ve ordered something else. We ate it and it was really good so no problem there.The waitress did not check up on us, she was just on her phone behind the counter and we had to waive multiple times to get her attention. Remember: we were the only ones there lolThen we proceeded to ask for the check and it was a surprise that they include a 15% service fee. No wonder she didn’t work for her tip. Then to top it off, once the card was charged, we get the receipt and the recommended tip chart on the bottom suggests a tip amount out of the whole total including the service fee. This is ridiculous. We’re lucky we paid attention. Beware!

The drinks aren't the best really not good, the carne asada wasn't a true carne asada, and the crab that my grandpa got wasn't good. The music is over the top, way too loud! I couldn't wait to leave that place. The prices were ridiculous for the kind of food we received. I'm not going to go back. Nasty place.

This is the second time we have placed an order to go, only to arrive and have one of their servers claim we never ordered the food. The first time I had to show them proof that our food was ordered here and that we had already paid for it. The serve ran around like his head was cut off for 25 minutes before he figured out that "Yes" my food was ready and I did in fact order here. This time they again claimed we never called and ordered and that we didn't pay for our food even though we clearly did and we could show that we did. There is a clear and huge lack of organization between serves,management, and their customers.

It was my first time coming to this restaurant, our waitress was fabulous he offered us two more kinds of sauce mango habanero and a red they're fire!!! Food super tasty well seasoned just perfect, I'm a seafood lover and this restaurant will be other of my favorite places to come and get seafood for sure.

Me and my family have Been going here for years we ordered chapuson y fried pezcado, our food (for the first time in ever) was rushed out the door, half of our meal was missing. When we tried contacting via phone number we were told we would be getting a call from the manager in the next 10 minutes. 20 minutes later no call we contacted them back (we Spent 80$) asking for our money back or a replacement, we were brushed off in a rude manor. After 4 years of eating at what I thought was a place of not only taste and memories but excellent customer service, I will sadly not continue to be a reoccurring customer.
