Incredible! So much fun and very friendly staff. Food price was reasonable and good!
BEWARE:Unsafe, dirty and RUDE employees
The only way to describe this place is pure chaos. Starting with checking in. One of the busiest days and they only had ONE person checking in. When I got up to pay my waiver was taking a minute to load and the guy asked me to step aside and wait so he could serve others. This would’ve been acceptable except he just let a family of 9 stand there filling out the waiver for over 15 minutes. My waiver took less than a minute to load. The guy at the fri t desk was sooo rude but I kept a smile on my face trying to understand is point of view.
Then they charge $12.50 for spectators. I have never been charged to watch before and wait for my children. I understand if I was jumping but I was literally sitting. Once again the employee decided to to rude and make stupid comments.
Once I was charged the excessive amount to sit and listen to the guy make rude I comments I asked to speak to a manager. This was a waste of time. She was as rude, if not more so, than her employee. I spoke to her about being a spectator and also let her know that they needed more than 1 employee checking in. She informed me that it was too bad for the wait time as they only had 6 employees working. I was shocked as there were hundreds of kids running around. And of the 6 employees 4 were in the kitchen, one was at the check in. No idea where this sixth employee was.
The place was disgusting and dirty.
As we were meeting others we went in but next time we will be going to Sky Zone or Urban Air. You might pay more but at least it’s clean, safe and kind there!!!! You really do get what you pay for!!!
Super fun and safe for all ages
Best place I want to go every day 👍👍😃😃
Nice place very friendly.
A very special place and a lot of attention, the children have a lot of fun, very nice place and I highly recommend it. I loved it. I will visit every week.
We come here every weekend and we've had many birthday parties here. It's a great place to get the kids energy out!
My son loved this place! He had such a good time with his friend and they had plenty of things to do there. He spent hours there and was kept entertained. He also came back exhausted which was a plus!
The place is nice and fun for kids but to charge parents to sit there while kids jump is ridiculous and honestly very poor business. Won't be going back ever.
I lost my sanity here today.. We've been before and enjoyed it, but we went on a weekend day when there was a birthday party going on .I don't think I'll be going back, but for sure not on a weekend. Place is full of unsupervised kids many who are disrespectful and argue with adults who try to get them to acknowledge basic rules. They aren't looking out for anyone and continuously cutting off the smaller kids and not allowing them to safely participate. I was stuck parenting a bunch of ridiculously hyper and disrespectful kids and did not enjoy a minute of it. When there are that many kids there should be a little more structure, or cap it at a certain number occupancy. Otherwise it is pure chaos and not enjoyable at all. I drove over 30 minutes to have my once excited child, frustrated and crying because the older kids wouldn't let her do anything. Definitely felt like a waste of time and money.

My son had fun here for his 5th birthday! Thanks to a staff member Christopher for his food recommendations!
Wonderful place I would not mind paying a membership monthly
There’s also fun things to do here
They charge parents $20 even if they don’t plan to jump. Save some money and go to SkyZone. They tout QC code to order but don’t text you when it’s ready like they say they will. Then when they mess up your order they don’t even apologize or act like they care.
Only place I have ever saw counting an adult as a party going. Ridiculous
