we placed a order on line November 12, 2025 at 6:49 and when we went to pick up my order the store was closed with the lights off and we checked on Google maps and it said that it was open and it showed that the store closes at 11pm and when we called No one picked up the phone

Slow, and they don't care what your pizza looks like. There was literally dirt on my breadsticks.
Food was mad fresh but but over cooked. The lunch special pizza with stone in the box with hardly any sauce on it dry cheese bread what I got at this location. Atmosphere🤔 while trying to order a pizza a crazy guy in front exposes himself. Not to safe at lunch time . Head on a swivel 🤣🤣

Very bad. We ordered online my name was up there but there was no pizza so we went to get wings then my name was removed so we had to order again. Overall we had to wait more than an hour

We tried the Fantastic Four-N-One with crazy bread. It was an awesome way to get variety. They were fast and I was in and out without any troubles.

I ordered a gluten free pizza online and was sent a regular one. When I brought the pizza back and talked to Giancarlo the new GM he did everything in his power to make it right, including sending out a text to his employees right away explaining how dangerous it can be to make that mistake. I have high hopes for this store now!
