There are 3 reasons why in this branch, the employees are very despotic and indifferent, they should change employees or give them training to serve the customer! They should watch who they put in charge of their businesses or they will lose customers! for your rude staff, rude latinos!

This young Woman was up front all by herself taking everyone's orders. I told her that I wanted Parmesan and Garlic Hot wings and other stuff. She took my order and she told me it would be a 25 minute wait. Okay so after I waited for 25 minutes for my order the young Woman tells me they ran out of the Parmesan and Garlic sauce for the wings and did I want another flavor? I was so irritated! I asked her why didn't no one tell me that before hand? It seemed like everyone was blaming her including me because of how they were messing things up in the back. Before I left I told her that I know none of this is your fault but they should have told you about those Hot wings when I put the order in. And She agreed. She said I'm up here by myself. I said yes I know and that's not fair too you! I hope things got better for her after I left. I hope people were considerate towards her because it's not her fault, was just taking everyone's orders why the rest of them hid out in the back messing up orders. Management and all. That area is not safe and people get very upset. I don't want them blaming her though! I want management to take some responsibility and fix the problems that customers are having! Young Lady I don't know your name but I want to send my apology's too you for getting irritated with you yesterday. I am so sorry! And please all those ones that gave her a hard time yesterday, please find it in your hearts to say you're sorry to the young Woman. She wasn't rude to neither one of us She was just trying to get everyone's orders right. And by the way there was hair on the floor as you go to the refrigerator to get a soda." Management make sure someone keeps the store clean! That's Discusting! Just because it's a rough neighborhood the store doesn't have to be! That's still a place of business! If the Health Department comes in and sees that, theres gonna be some issues!

My experience at Little Caesars on Colfax in Denver, Colorado was extremely disappointing. Not only were there drugs being used in front of the store, but despite their "hot and ready" promise, there were no pizzas available. Many customers, including myself, were left frustrated and ultimately drove away empty-handed. This situation raises serious concerns about customer safety and the store's ability to fulfill its advertised service. I strongly advise management to address these issues promptly.

I ordered 2 pizzas a hot n ready pepperoni an a sausage an pepperoni I was told a ten min wait I waited 10 plus mins then was told after waiting they would be right out waited some more then was asked for my receipt the cashier went to the back came back with two of the wrong pizzas when asked if i could have it fixed they told me no cause they took my receipt. When clearly on the receipt it said what I ordered. Terrible customer service hopefully we cAn fix this issue.

Rude workers. Too busy laughing and giggling to work when u got a full lobby. I asked what they had available since I was in a hurry, I told them I had a coupon but they said I had to mobile order it to use it. So I order the same things that were ready directly behind the worker, expecting him to hand it to me after I showed I paid. Not the case, I was told I had to wait for the order to appear in their system first. Of course I was annoyed, another girl comes to counter with an attitude “can I help u?!” And she says “you’re 10 minutes early for your order anyway” which I thought was wild since I ordered the same options that were ready made and all they had to do was hand it to me, but instead they chose to cop an attitude.

The area in front or the door was packed with people asking for money, pizza and smokes. Then pizza itself was maybe cooked for 5 mins. It was still doughy on the bottom and edges. Gross. Ended up throwing it out. Wasted $20. Won't ever go back.
