I've been in 2 times both experiences where not the best first time I made order online was 10 minutes late to get it and they said they never made it and it would be 15/20 minutes which is what I eleas trying to avoid for A placing the order online and B coming 10 minutes after they where supposed to have my order ready I figured hey you know pizza place busy it is what it is so we tried it again a couple weeks later this time who plays the order online again didn't have to wait too long but still had to wait 5 minutes after the time it said it was already ready but when we got home they didn't put pepperoni or sausage on a pizza and we ordered like a supreme style pizza called back three different times throughout the night did not get an answer very disappointed cuz the kids love the pizza and the price is good but the service and quality is lacking to say the least

I ordered pizza at the wrong location and tried to cancel 15 minutes after placing the order. I was on hold for over an hour hung up on. Finally talked to someone and they said, “I don’t know what to do, we can just give it away…”

Every time I have placed an order it's never ready on time. Just today I placed and order at 3:59 for pickup at 4:45pm and still shows it not even in the oven yet. Worst little Caesars I've been too

I scheduled a pick up order for 5:30. When I went to pick it up, it wasn't ready. As I stood there, I watched my order being filled. Then I saw employees rip my name off of filled orders and give them to door dash people. This happened different 3 times. I went to the counter and told the employee to quit doing that and to fill my order. The employee just shrugged and said they fill the door dash orders first. I ended up having to talk to the manager to get them to stop giving my order away. The manager also was saying they give priority to door dash orders. This is ridiculous. Orders should be filled in the order they were received.

Ive tried the food before and its okay, the issue is last night I went at 10:30pm and tried ordering, the cashier came out he was a tall guy with glasses, he seemed mad and upset I was there when i tried ordering he told me they couldnt do it because it was too late, Usually id let it slide but he seemed really rude about it. Anyways if yall close at 10:30 update the page because refusing service 30 min before closing is not cool.

I place a order of 4 Hawaiian pizza to save time on my way to the event and when I got there they miss hand my order then I asked to speak with the manager in charge no one took responsibility on it,this the worst store that this chain food store has....cero star on rate....
