My family received terrible service while we visited the Southlands location on Monday July 30, 2018. Not only did the food not taste fresh, but it took 25 minutes to get our food. There were only 3 other customers in the restaurant at the time and others were getting their food before us. Part of the delay was due to the employees screwing around and not focusing on their work or the customers. I would have thought that they would of noticed us sitting there while others walked out with their food. The excuse was that our order got erased so they couldn't make it. If they knew that they should have asked us what we ordered. The manager, who I had to call, did refund my money for the inconvenience.
Issues with order about half the time. Always double the estimated time if you have to wait for food in drive thru. Last visit I was handed cups dripping their soda with the apology that the machine is overflowing cups (likely because they were topped off with ice, in my opinion). This place needs new management and better oversight by the owner or corporate...
Where do I start? I was with 2 other friends earlier today and placed 3 orders, that was simple right? Wrong. We apparently waited for almost 45 mins to at least get what we ordered. Thanks for the free sides and lemon cakes for the order we just placed that was just forgotten and never made in the first place, and you fast food employees want 15 dollars an hour? you guys cant even get a order right? I'm literally sitting in the dining area and just listening to all the complaints coming, more than 3 to be exact. Will be avoiding this part of southlands at all times. Because some of you kids that think working in fast food is just a lazy job and simple. Well whoever made those fillets to me and my homies that had freezerburn. Go get a job that doesn't require you to handle food because that was just the last nail in the coffin with this location. SHUT THIS PLACE DOWN IMMEDIATELY!
Horrible customer service, waited out front for my drive through order for 25 minutes, after being told there would be a 3 and a half minute wait for fresh shrimp, before going in and demanding a refund, don't waste your time.
This was the worst fast food I have ever encountered. I rarely leave a disparaging remark , but this was honestly horrendous. I waited thirty minutes in an abismally cleaned lobby . The food I received was overcooked on the outside and undercooked on the inside. Please do not go here. It . Was. So. Bad.
