I visit Marco’s regularly and love their flavorful pepperoni pizza especially the old world pepperonis. The pizza is always absolutely delicious—crispy crust, perfectly melted cheese, and just the right amount of spice on the pepperoni. The service is also fantastic, with friendly staff who make sure everything is perfect. If you’re craving great pizza with excellent service, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

We have been ordering Marcos pizza for a while now as it is our favorite in the area! The staff is so nice as well! We ordered it for our daughters birthday party tomorrow and although they don’t open until 11 and we needed it earlier, the are going out of their way to get in early and deliver it for us. We were very surprised and thankful they are doing this and will remain loyal customers!

They clearly don't care whether you get what you actually ordered. Ordered 2 pizzas. Asked for no onions on both due to an allergy - got onions on both. One pizza is supposed to come with bacon. There was no bacon. Ordered green olives to be added to one- got charged for it, did not get them. So, basically, I can say that 2 pizzas that were completely incorrect were delivered in a timely fashion. That was the only thing. That they were still warm when delivered. Tried to call the store when I got the order to rectify the situation - phone just rang, nobody answered. Really disappointed. Would not recommend.

This location offers one of the most frustrating customer experiences I’ve encountered. Their service is consistently terrible (we’ve given them multiple opportunities to prove us wrong), with staff that seem completely uninformed about the menu and promotions. Despite advertising deals on their website, they refuse to honor them, leaving customers feeling misled and dissatisfied. The staff's lack of knowledge and attention to detail makes the entire experience worse, making it clear they don’t prioritize customer service at all. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone expecting reliable service or accurate orders.

The last time I was there in late May or early June one of the managers and a subordinate actually got into a shoving match. Fast forward to today. Dave was a very pleasant surprise. This man actually gives a damn about his job from taking out the trash to making the dough to customer service with a smile and wonderful attitude. I ordered my food, which was delicious btw. I ate there, talked with Dave, watched him work and his interaction with the customers as they came in. Dave is a very impressive man. I actually e was the franchisee working to restore the business as it declined after the last two years I have been going there. Dave is a winner. Keep up the great work. Best service and food I have had there in ages!
